Concord Police Log: Woman Allegedly Bites Bouncer at Tandy's

Plus, Washington man charged with felony DWI, Loudon man summoned for driving charge, and Nashua man arrested on a warrant.

Lawrence A. Powell, 64, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 10:06 a.m. on March 25, 2015, on a possession of alcoholic beverages, public property, charge, outside the former New Hampshire Liquor Warehouse. He allegedly had an open 25-ounce can of Natty Daddy and knocked it over before the officer approached him. Powell refused to cooperate during booking and was held at the Merrimack House of Corrections.

Jennifer R. Lowery-Keith, 36, of Smith Street in Pittsfield, was arrested at 5:42 p.m. on March 24, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after a traffic stop of a Dodge Caravan running a red light at Loudon Road and Airport Road. Lowery-Keith had her license suspended in November 2013. She’s due in court on May 4.

Timothy J. Towle, 53, of Upper City Road in Loudon, received a summons at 10:33 a.m. on March 23, on an operating without a valid license charge after a traffic stop for an expired inspection sticker on I-93 North. His license expired in September 2014. Towle is due in court on April 27.

James H. Fogg, 35, of Long Pond Road in Washington, was arrested at 10:32 a.m. on March 22, for two counts of aggravated driving while intoxicated and reckless conduct, all felonies, from Nov. 11, 2014. He’s due in court on April 6.

Robert J. Young Jr., 56, of Broadway in Concord, was arrested at 3:36 a.m. on March 21, for driving while intoxicated. On officer on Main Street saw a white sedan pull out of the Dunkin’ Donuts “quickly without yielding” while failing to use a turn signal while changing lanes. The officer caught up with the vehicle and pulled it over on Dunklee. The driver, Young, allegedly had red, glossy eyes, and was shaking. Young denied drinking anything but the officer alleged that he smelled like alcohol. He agreed to a field sobriety test and was arrested.

Robert Hartman, 47, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 9 p.m. on March 20, for default or breach of bail conditions charge. An officer came to pick up Hartman who was PC’d at the hospital. A check yielded a note that he was out on bail and supposed to refrain from drinking. He was held without bail.

Robert E. Price Malone, 28, of Holmes Street in Nashua, was arrested at 1 p.m. on March 19, on a warrant after a report of a man being hit by a car. The man, Price Malone, had two active warrants for theft by unauthorized taking out of Nashua District Court and was arrested.

Melissa Longval, 39, of Boanza Drive in Concord, was arrested at 4:28 p.m. on Feb. 27, on driving after revocation or suspension and suspended registration charges after a traffic stop on North Main Street. Her license was suspended on Jan. 2, and her registration on Feb. 3, for default court summons. She’s due in court on April 6.

Ganga Biswa, 24, of Concord Gardens, was arrested at 8:43 p.m. on Feb. 25, on a bench warrant. Police were sent to the CVS on Loudon Road for an unwanted guest. The man, Biswa, had an active warrant out of Concord District Court for failure to appear on a driving while intoxicated charge, $500 cash bail.

Nkurikiye Felicien, 42, of Loudon Road in Concord, received a summons at 1:10 a.m. on Feb. 25, for operating without a valid license after a traffic stop in the Morning Star Condominium complex on Loudon Road.

Shaun P. Drew, 33, of Pavillion Drive in Concord, was arrested at 12:55 p.m. on Feb. 23, on a felony habitual offender charge and a bench warrant. An officer was sent to Electric Avenue for a report that Drew might be driving in the area. He was wanted for a previous assault from Feb. 19. The officer pulled him over in an Audi station wagon on Washington Street and Drew was arrested.

Keeley S. Pickering, 25, of Pierce Street in Concord, was arrested at 12:20 a.m. on Feb. 22, for simple assault. An officer was called to Tandy’s Top Shelf for a report of a woman assaulting a bouncer. The bouncer told police he was watching the dance floor and saw two women begin to get into an altercation. One woman attempted to hit the other as well as a bouncer. The two bouncers attempted to escort the two women out of the establishment while the girls continued to fight. “(The bouncer) told me that he prevented her from doing so,” the officer stated. “She then attempted to slap him and proceeded to bite him on the left arm.” The officer noted the marks on the arm. Pickering reportedly told police that she ran into a woman who she hadn’t seen in a long time but had past problems with, before the tussle occurred. She was later arrested and is due in court on April 6.
