Concord Teen Arrested Three Times in Seven Weeks
Arianna Mohseni was charged with theft, criminal mischief, a bench warrant, drug possession, and breach of bail.

A local teen, with a lengthy arrest record and a recent prison stint, is in more trouble after being arrested three times during the last seven weeks, according to Concord Police arrest reports.
Arianna L. Mohseni, 19, of Lawrence Street in Concord, was arrested at 1:30 p.m. on April 3, 2015, on theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and possession of controlled drugs charges. She was arrested again at 7:39 p.m. on May 7, on a bench warrant. Mohseni was also arrested at 2:22 a.m. on May 17, on domestic violence-criminal mischief and default or breach of bail conditions charges.
In the first incident, an officer was sent to Target for a report of a shoplifter at the store.

When the officer arrived, he spoke to the store employee who alleged that she caught Mohseni leaving the store without paying for more than $167 worth of items. The employee stated that she watched Mohseni for about 90 minutes on security cameras allegedly placing the items in her purse.
“Mohseni did go through the checkout and purchase a hat and a pair of shoes,” the report stated. “Mohseni then exited the store without paying for the other items. Mohseni was stopped after going through the first set of doors.”

The store employee handed the officer a statement written by Mohseni. A check yielded an active warrant for possession of a controlled drug from Jan. 9, 2015, at the Salisbury Green Apartment Complex, and she was arrested. She was scheduled to be arraigned on May 4.
In the second incident, officers were sent to the apartment complex at 128 Loudon Road for a request to check a woman who was sitting on the front steps of an apartment building.
They met up with Mohseni and found that she had an active warrant for failure to appear in Concord District Court that was issued on May 6, and she was arrested. She was scheduled to be arraigned on June 15.
In the third incident, officers were sent to the Irving on Fisherville Road for a report of two people arguing and a vehicle window that was smashed.
The reporting officer spoke to a man who stated that he was OK. The other party was sitting in the passenger seat of his pickup truck. The officer went to check on the other party and “immediately recognized” Mohseni “from several prior contacts.” The officer found that she was OK and saw a large crack in the windshield.
As other officers arrived, the officer went back to speak to the owner of the truck who stated that he was “kind of” in a relationship with Mohseni. The man stated that she was reportedly having “some difficult times” and he was attempting to help her out. He stated that she was reportedly “stressed out” and he tried to get her to talk but she didn’t want to talk. He then pulled into the gas station, parked, and went into the store while she stayed in the truck.
“(The victim) said that while he was inside the store, Arianna kicked his windshield,” according to the report. “(He) said that Arianna then came running in, acting frantic, and told him that she just broke his window, and that she was sorry.”
The man stated that the windshield had a small crack but her alleged kick made it much larger.
The officer went to speak with Mohseni and then, arrested her. She allegedly became upset, telling the officer that she was out on bail and had just served time in jail, according to the report.
Mohseni is due in court on June 15.
