Concord Police Log: Car Passenger Arrested with Oxycodone
Plus, after DWI, local man says his friends will teach officer a lesson; man rips door of its hinges; Manchester woman charged with assault.
Dennis Spaulding, 35, of Snow Pond Road in Concord, was arrested at 1:45 a.m. on Jan. 13, on a bench warrant. Theron L. Mayo, 40, of Snow Pond Road in Concord, was arrested at 2:10 a.m. on Jan. 13, on a felony possession of controlled drugs charge. Officers stopped a vehicle on Loudon Road after it made a U-turn. The registered owner, Spaulding, had a warrant out of Franklin District Court from Nov. 17, 2014, for nonpayment of fines, with bail set at $309. The passenger, Mayo, had a capias for nonpayment of child support from the Merrimack County Sheriff’s Department, $300 cash. During a search, an officer allegedly found a Zip Lock bag with six pills. At first, Mayo allegedly stated they were mints. Later, he reportedly stated they were Percocets. A check allegedly revealed them to be Oxycodone hydrochloride and he was charged. He’s due in court on March 2.
Matthew Gray, 22, of Fisherville Road in Concord, was arrested at 10 p.m. on Jan. 12, on a criminal mischief charge. Officers were called to an apartment for a domestic dispute. A man stated that they were “all set don’t worry about it,” but police said they wanted to make sure everyone in the apartment was OK. An officer reported seeing a large hole in the living room. Another man, who was shirtless, was “perspiring heavily” and told officer to “leave me alone.” After speaking with witnesses and another man, Gray allegedly admitted to ripping a bedroom door from it hinges. He’s due in court on Feb. 23.
Seana Boyle, 30, of Pleasant Street in Manchester, was arrested at 7:42 p.m. on Jan. 12, for simple assault and criminal mischief on July 19, 2014, on Washington Street. She was arrested at the Valley Street Jail in Manchester. She’s due in court on March 2.

Samantha J. Lavoie, 31, of School Street in Loudon, was arrested at 6:45 p.m. on Jan. 12, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and default or breach of bail conditions. Officers were sent to Sears at the Steeplegate Mall for a shoplifter in custody. The woman, Lavoie, allegedly stole a car jack, valued at about $200. She was arrested the week before at Shaw’s so a breach charge was added. Lavoie is due in court on Feb. 23.
Sadie L. Vigeant, 19, of Bagnell Avenue in Salem, received a summons at 2:13 p.m. on Jan. 11, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after being pulled over on South Main Street for an expired inspection sticker. A check of his license revealed a suspended license for failure to pay a court fine from Dec. 11, 2014.

Ezra-Lee Saint McMahon, 21, of Sanders Street in Concord, was arrested at 3:50 a.m. on Jan. 11, on a driving while intoxicated charge. An officer reportedly saw a vehicle drifting back and forth in its travel lane and crossing over the double yellow line on North State Street outside of Swenson Granite. The vehicle then hit a plastic bin and was pulled over on Dolan Street. The driver, McMahon, allegedly had bloodshot red and glossy eyes and was slurring while he spoke. The officer allegedly saw an open container of Budweiser in the center console. The officer asked him about the plastic bin in the road and McMahon allegedly “looked at me with a blank state asking, ‘I hit something?’” He agreed to a field sobriety test and was arrested. During processing, McMahon allegedly “verbally attacked” the officer, was “extremely disrespectful,” and refused to cooperate during processing so he was sent to the Merrimack County of House of Corrections. “I’m going to have my boys come from Mass. come up and teach you a lesson,” he allegedly told the officer while being carted off to jail.
Danielle M. Bilodeau, 27, of Manchester Street in Concord, was arrested at 3:16 p.m. on Jan. 10, on a driving after revocation or suspension after a traffic stop for a no left turn on North Main Street from Franklin Street. A check revealed that she lost her license on Dec. 25, 2014, for default. She had a previous driving after suspension conviction in September 2012. She’s due in court on Feb. 23.
Nicholas R. Chabot, 35, of Jackson Street in Concord, received a summons at 1:08 p.m. on Jan. 10, for negligent driving. An officer was sent to Loudon Road near Regal Cinema for a collision, without injuries. After speaking to the two divers, Chabot was given a summons. He’s due in court on Feb. 23.
John L. Ladson, 33, of Fisherville Road in Concord, was arrested at 1:38 a.m. on Jan. 10, on two counts of driving after revocation or suspension charges after being clocked going 45 mph in a 30 zone in a Toyota Corolla on a slushy North State Street. Ladson was stopped at Hillcrest and arrested after allegedly admitting he didn’t have a license due to a previous DWI. He’s due in court in Feb. 23.
Albert Circosta, 64, of West Meadow Road in Bradford, was arrested at 3:15 p.m. on Jan. 9, on a conduct after an accident charge from Dec. 17, 2014, on South Main Street. He’s due in court on Feb. 23.
Joel McGuire, 58, a homeless man now located in Concord, received a summons at 3:10 p.m. on Jan. 9, and again at 3:45 p.m. on Jan. 10, for possession of alcoholic beverages. An officer was sent to the Concord Public Library for an unwanted guest, McGuire, who was reportedly in the back computer room with empty beer cans and smelling of alcohol in the first instance. When asked what he was doing, McGuire allegedly “stared straight ahead” but later, admitted he had a lot to drink. While speaking with the officer, McGuire allegedly took a swig from a 25-ounce Natty Daddy beer and was issued a summons. In the second instance, police were sent to Bagel Works on North Main Street for a report of an intoxicated homeless man found unconscious in the bathroom. The reporting officer found an open 25-ounce can of Hurricane next to him. Concord Fire and Rescue teams carried McGuire out of the restaurant and to an ambulance. He was taken to the hospital and is due in court on Feb. 23.
Christopher R. Porter, 20, of Whitewater Drive in Concord, was arrested at 11:13 a.m. on Jan. 9, on a theft charge from Sept. 19, 2014, from the Cumberland Farms on North Main Street. He’s due in court on Feb. 23.
Christopher E. Holland, 18, of East Side Drive in Concord, was arrested at 12:39 a.m. on Jan. 9, on a bench warrant and driving after revocation or suspension charge. An officer saw a Pontiac take an illegal right turn on red from Loudon Road to East Side Drive without coming to a stop. The officer pulled the vehicle over and the driver, Holland, allegedly stated that he didn’t have a license. He did, however, have a bench warrant from Oct. 16, 2014, on a receiving stolen property charge. His license privileges were suspended on Nov. 12, 2014, for default court summons.
