CONCORD, NH — A local woman was arrested last night and held without bail after allegedly stabbing a man at a home in Concord's South End neighborhood, according to police. Angela Zwisler, 55, of Laurel Street in Concord, was arrested on June 4, 2019, and charged with domestic violence-first-degree with a deadly weapon and first-degree assault with a deadly weapon, both felonies. At around 7 p.m. on Tuesday, a man arrived at the police station lobby suffering from a non-life-threatening stab wound to his upper back, according to Lt. Sean Ford, the commander of the criminal investigations unit for the Concord Police Department.

The victim was transported to Concord Hospital, treated, and later, released, while police reported to Laurel Street, attempting to speak to the suspect.

“The two became involved in a minor verbal exchanged over the whereabouts of a cellphone and another electronic device,” Ford stated. “The victim went into a bedroom to search for the missing items and was allegedly stabbed in the back with a knife by Ms. Zwisler.”
