Concord Woman Arrested Again For Stalking

Ann Marie Sadatis was arrested for breach of bail charges after allegedly trashing an apartment that an order prevented her from being in.

CONCORD, NH — A local woman with a long history of arrests in the city has been arrested again, this time on stalking and breach charges, according to police and court documents. Ann Marie Sadatis, 64, of Prospect Street in Concord, was arrested on June 25, 2017, for stalking and default or breach of bail conditions. The day before, on June 24, officers were sent to Prospect Street for a report of a domestic incident and possible restraining order violation.

The officers spoke to three witnesses at the home including one who alleged that Sadatis “showed up here violating a restraining order and trashed the place before she took off.” (For more information on this and other neighborhood stories, subscribe to Concord NH Patch to receive daily newsletters and breaking news alerts.)

The witness stated that he reportedly captured her on video. One of the officers looked at the video and then, checked some rooms for damage but didn’t see anything broken that stood out, the report stated.

The officers then split up with one, leaving the home to look around for Sadatis. At the intersection of Waverly and North State streets, the officer caught up with her and stated she was “very agitated” about the situation.

Ann told me she was arrested several days ago because her family lied to the police officers even after she put them up at her apartment when they were kicked out of their place in Berlin,” the officer stated. “Ann told me she is now kicked out of her own apartment and it is not fair.”

The officer confirmed the domestic bail order from June 12, and the protected parties involved. He then asked her why she went to the apartment. Sadatis then allegedly told the officer she wasn’t there.

When told there was video of her at the apartment and throwing things around, she allegedly countered that the items she threw around were her property. When asked again why she was at the apartment when the order prevented her from being there, she allegedly stated that it was her place of residence and she didn’t know the protected parties would be there. She also told the officer she lost her paperwork, according to the affidavit.

The second officer arrived and spoke with Sadatis and then, they released her, filed a warrant for her arrest, and she turned herself in the next day, according to the affidavit.

During the past six years, according to posts on Patch, Sadatis has been arrested numerous times for simple assault, criminal threatening, resisting arrest, reckless conduct, breach of bail, stalking, domestic violence, criminal mischief, and warrants. In 2012, she was arrested for allegedly assaulting her son with a light saber.
