Convicted Flasher Faces New Indecent Exposure Charges: Court Roundup
Plus: Inmate accused of witness tampering; pair from Mass. indicted on Londonderry robbery charges; Rockingham County drug indictments.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Jesus Cruz Morales, 46, of Winnacunnet Road in Hampton on a felony driving while being certified as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Lafayette Road in North Hampton on Jan. 14 after being certified by the NH DMV as a habitual offender.
Jose Manuel Morales, 52, of Boylston Street in Boston, Massachusetts, on a felony theft of services charge. He was accused of failing to pay a cab driver in Salem on Feb. 7. Twice before, Morales has been convicted on theft charges.

Derek Nason, 37, incarcerated in the Rockingham County Jail at the time of the indictment, on five felony counts of tampering with witnesses and informants. He was accused of attempting to induce another to withhold info or testify falsely on March 17, March 18, March 19, March 20, and March 21 in Brentwood.
Jonathan Nzali, 27, of Wilson Street in Manchester on two felony indecent exposure and lewdness charges. He was accused of pleasuring himself in front of a boy and requesting the boy record him on a cellphone on Jan. 20 in a stall at Planet Fitness in Londonderry. Twice before, Nzali has been convicted on indecent exposure charges in September 2016 in Rockingham County Superior Court and in Massachusetts.

Justin William O’Connell, 39, of Bark Circle in Brockton, Massachusetts, on a felony robbery charge. He was accused of stealing money from the 7-Eleven in Londonderry during a robbery while armed with a box cutter on Nov. 7, 2020. Valerie C. Proulx, 44, incarcerated in Framingham, MA, on a felony robbery charge. She was accused of aiding O’Connell during the robbery by traveling with him.
Jillian Parsons, 35 of Tamarac Road in Lee on three felony reckless conduct counts, felony reckless conduct-deadly weapon, and reckless conduct-deadly weapons charges. She was accused of placing others in danger while driving in Epping, striking another vehicle and driving in a no-passing zone on April 16.
Armen Petrosyan, 62, of North Shore Road in Revere, MA, on receiving stolen property and possession of oxycodone charges, both felonies. He was accused of retaining a Stihl pruner chainsaw and a backpack leaf blower from Salem on Aug. 21, 2022. The drug charge was from Oct. 23, 2022, in Salem.
Anthony Jason Pizzo, 39, of Brackett Street Hanger in Mashpee, MA, on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of retaining Chevy Express van, owned by U-Haul in Hampton, on Feb. 6.
Robert A. Pollack Jr., 63, of Main Street in Northwood on possession of fentanyl and delivery of articles prohibited-fentanyl charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug on March 13 at the Rockingham County Jail in Brentwood.
