Convicted Robber Allegedly Steals Panties, Star Wars Briefs: Log
Concord Police also arrest a Maine woman on assault charges, a smashed spice rack leads to a vandalism arrest, CHS teen summoned for booze.

Margo S. McNair, 39, pictured, a homeless woman now located in Loudon, was arrested at 11:10 a.m. on Sept. 25, 2015, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer at the Walmart on Loudon Road allegedly involving $67 worth of items including Star Wars boy’s briefs, a Scooby-Doo LEGO set, hair ties, shirts, women’s panties, and other items. An employee alleged that he suspected McNair of stealing items after watching her walk around the store. He allegedly saw her putting items into her purse, according to a court affidavit. During questioning about the incident, McNair allegedly stated, “I made a mistake.” Since she was on probation for robbery, she was arrested and held without bail.

Frazer J. Robertson, 18, of Haynes Road in Deerfield, received a summons at 12:30 p.m. on Oct. 22, 2015, for unlawful possession of alcohol. At Concord High School, the school resource officer was approached by an assistant principal who alleged that Robertson smelled like alcohol when he came into her office earlier. The officer spoke with Robertson and alleged that he smelled like alcohol, his eyes were bloodshot, and he appeared very tired. “He said he didn’t get a lot of sleep the night before and he didn’t have anything to eat,” the officer alleged. “I also noticed his hands and body were shaking as he spoke to me.” After speaking with him some more about the situation, he was given a summons and is due in court on Nov. 30.

Paula Kovecses, 54, of High Street in Eastport, ME, was arrested at 2:11 p.m. on Oct. 20, 2015, on two counts of simple assault from Oct. 16, 2015. She’s due in court on Nov. 23.
Brennan M. Szantos, 29, of Summer Street in Northfield, was arrested at 10:50 p.m. on Oct. 16, 2015, for theft; from a motor vehicle from March 3, 2015, on Sanborn Road. Szantos was being held at the Merrimack County House of Corrections after being arrested in Jaffrey on warrants. He was processed, refused bail, and arraigned remotely on Oct. 19.

Timothy M. Dearborn, 31, of Bristol, was arrested at 10:35 a.m. on Sept. 24, on a bench warrant out of Nashua District Court on a town ordinance violation and a consumption of liquor on private property charge. Officers were sent to the Irving on Pleasant Street for a report of a man consuming alcohol near the company’s dumpster. They went around the back of the station and allegedly found Dearborn. He reportedly had a coffee cup with beer in it, according to the report. Dearborn had previously been warned about alcohol consumption on public property in March and May, and after finding the active warrant, was arrested.
Shawna McDaid, 19, of Fisherville Road in Concord, received a summons at 12:56 a.m. on Sept. 23, for driving after revocation or suspension after a traffic stop on Bouton Street after driving a Jeep with a plate light out. Her license was suspended on Sept. 10, 2015, for default court summons.
Edwin H. Tucker, 20, of Riverhill Avenue in Concord, was arrested at 2:36 p.m. on Sept. 22, 2015, on two counts of violation of a protective order and two counts of default or breach of bail conditions. A woman filed a restraining violation complaint with police alleging that Tucker made two phone calls while she was volunteering at a nonprofit organization earlier in the day. Tucker allegedly was disguising his voice on the phone, pretending to be his father, the woman alleged, and requesting to see their daughter. After hanging up the first time, she allegedly received a second call. She then allegedly received text messages purporting to be from a cousin that she believed was Tucker, according to a court affidavit. Police went to speak with Tucker’s father who reportedly stated that he made a call to the woman to speak about seeing the child. When asked what time he called, he reportedly stated, “I don’t know,” but denied covering for his son. He later stated that the woman called him and added that his son had been using his phone, according to the affidavit. Tucker also allegedly denied communicating with the woman. He was then arrested and held without bail.
Tyler Tardiff, 22, a homeless man now located in Concord, received a summons at 11:15 a.m. on Sept. 21, 2015, for possession of an alcoholic beverage-public property. While on foot patrol in Healy Park on Basin Street, officers came in contact with Tardiff who was allegedly drinking beer before going to work at a local restaurant. He was given a summons and was told that he had the right to go to trial if he didn’t think he was guilty, according to the report. Tardiff allegedly replied, “Why would it go to trial? I did it.” According to the officer, “Tardiff was very sarcastic and slightly rude and disrespectful.”
