U.S. Marshals Service: Deshawn Livingston is wanted on a supervised release violation. He has known ties to Amherst, Claremont, Manchester.

CONCORD, NH — The U.S. Marshals-New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is asking for the public’s help trying to find a convicted heroin dealer who is wanted on a supervised release violation in Vermont.
Deshawn Livingston, 46, is 5 feet, 11 inches tall, and weighs around 285 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair. Originally from New York, Livingston is also known with the nickname “Biggie,” according to Brandon Wilson, a deputy marshal.
“Livingston is on supervision because of a 2017 conviction in Vermont for distribution of heroin,” Wilson said. “Livingston recently fled Vermont and it is believed he came to New Hampshire. (He) has known ties to Manchester, Amherst, and Claremont, NH, areas.”

Livingston, who was living in Brooklyn, New York, along with Brandy LaRock of Hinesburg, VT, was arrested by the U.S. Attorney in Vermont in March 2017 accused of dealing crack and heroin after the state’s drug task force search LaRock’s home. During the search, they found 60 grams of crack and 16 grams of heroin in Livingston’s right front pocket, The Citizen, a Vermont newspaper, wrote in August 2017. The newspaper reported in April 2018 that LaRock was convicted and sentenced to two and half years in federal prison. During her case, she admitted to housing drug dealers from New York in her manufactured home while living there with her three children.
