Manchester Stalker Indicted On New Concord Stalking Charges: Merrimack County Superior Court Indictments

CONCORD, NH — A grand jury in Merrimack County recently indicted the individuals listed below.

Gregory Errico, 37, of Bonnie Briar Road in Yonkers, New York, on theft by deception and identity fraud charges, both felonies. He was accused of presenting a passport of another person to withdraw funds from their account on Dec. 11, 2024, in Concord.

Frank Pickering, 43, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony count of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine and fentanyl mix on June 30, 2025, in Concord.

Alex Rodriguez, 47, of Stewart Street in Manchester, on criminal mischief and two burglary charges, all felonies. He was accused of burglarizing Dunkin’ Donuts in Concord and damaging a register drawer on Jan. 18. Twice before, according to the indictments, Rodriguez was convicted in Hills South in September 2021 and Merrimack County Superior Court in November 2021.

Michael J. Rodriguez, 25, of Agnes Street in Manchester, on six felony counts of stalking-subsequent. He was accused of stalking a protected party on Feb. 5, Feb. 8, Feb. 11, Feb. 13, and Feb. 15, in Concord after being convicted of stalking in December 2024 in Hillsborough County Superior Court.

Brandon Sargent, 48, of Munroe Street in Franklin, on a felony count of operating while deemed a habitual offender. He was accused of driving in the parking lot of a rest stop on Interstate 93 in Hooksett on Dec. 8, 2025, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Dylan J. Smith, 29, of Old Center Road in Deerfield, on a felony count of crime while released on bail-criminal threatening. He was accused of saying, “I’m gonna put a f------ bullet in your head,” or words to the effect, while gesturing to a handgun in his waistband on Feb. 5 in Pembroke. According to the indictment, Smith was out on bail from Hooksett District Court in December 2025.

Paul M. Taylor, 54, of Franklin, incarcerated at the Merrimack County Jail at the time of the indictment, on reckless conduct and two controlled drug act; acts prohibited-possession of a narcotic drug-subsequent-cocaine charges, all felonies. He was accused of driving recklessly in Franklin on March 30. Taylor was accused of possessing the drugs on March 16 and March 30 in Franklin. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of possession in Merrimack County Superior Court in June 2025.

Brentt A. Trudeau, 34, of Clay Street in Manchester, on motor vehicles; penalties, driving-operating under the influence of drugs-liquor with excess alcohol concentration, reckless conduct, and two theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. He was accused of stealing a 2018 Subaru and driving dangerously (high speed and passing other vehicles) on Route 202 in Henniker on May 3. Trudeau was also accused of driving on Liberty Hill Road in Henniker on May 3 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV. Jenna Vincent, 37, of McGregor Street in Manchester, on felonious use of a firearm and possession of psilocin and psilocybin charges, both felonies. She was accused of possessing a firearm and the drug on Jan. 6 in Hooksett.

Shaun D. White, 47, of Manchester Street in Concord, on a felony stalking charge. He was accused of lurking behind or around dumpsters near a woman’s residence at night. Previously, according to the indictment, White was convicted in Laconia District Court on a stalking charge.
