Corrections Officers Seek Tips About New Hampshire Drug Parolee Wanted For Violation
Coreen Gagne, officials say, is known to hang out with felons. The violation is connected to a controlled drug-premises-kept conviction.

CONCORD, NH — Investigators from the corrections department are asking for the public’s help finding a parolee who is wanted on a probation violation.
Coreen Blaire Gagne is 23, about 5 feet, 1 inch tall, and weighs around 115 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes. A New Hampshire Department of Corrections fugitive alert said she sometimes uses the alias “Cori Gagne.” She has several tattoos including a cat paw on her right forearm, a rose on her left wrist with the words, Still I Rise, the north star, and a crescent moon, a heart on her right hand with webbing of the thumb, and a cross on her right wrist.
Gagne is wanted for a probation violation from a controlled drug-premises-kept conviction in Belknap County Superior Court. The conviction was a plea deal, down from a felony methamphetamine sale charge from December 2020 out of Tilton.

“Gagne is believed to be in the Franklin area and is known to Franklin police,” the alert stated. “She is known to hang out with other felons in the area and has numerous resisting arrest, disobeying an officer and obstruct government administration convictions. (She) may be associated with the March 22, 2023, NHDOC FOW Brandon Robert Janak.”
Gagne has also resided previously in Loudon.

The probation warrant was issued on March 17.
Anyone with information about Gagne was asked to contact the New Hampshire Department of Corrections at 603-271-1804, the Belknap County Sheriff’s Office at 603-527-5454, or local police.
According to superior court records, Gagne was charged with two felony counts of controlled drug act in February 2020 connected to a June 2019 incident in Laconia. After agreeing to a plea in May 2021, the charges were nolle prossed.
Gagne was offered a plea deal in March 2021 on a transport drugs in a motor vehicle charge in Belknap County after being charged with felony drug possession in Laconia after an incident in October 2019. She was found in violation of probation or parole in June 2022.
She was also arrested in Concord on March 30, 2022, on two robbery, two assault, and two theft charges after an incident in February 2022. She was offered a deal that lessened the charges to theft by unauthorized taking and simple assault, which she pleaded guilty to in November 2022.
