Loudon Woman Indicted On Robbery Charge: Superior Court Roundup

Plus: Several habitual offenders indicted; drug possession indictments in Bow, Concord; Penacook man accused of drug possession in jail.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Shana Dutterer, 29, a homeless woman now located in Concord, on a felony possession of fentanyl chargeafter an incident in Bow on May 16.

Alan K. Edwards, 51, of an unknown address in Bradford, on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Weare Road in Henniker on May 30 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Edward I. Esty Jr., 26, of Butler Street in Hillsboro on motor vehicles; penalties and tampering with witnesses and informants charges, both felonies. He was accused of driving on Old Concord Road in Henniker on May 10 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV and attempting to induce another to say he was not driving to police.

Timothy Field, 35, of Dearborn Street in Manchester on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Hooksett Road in Hooksett on June 21 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

William E. Fifolt, 50, of Jewett Road in Hopkinton on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Jewett Road in Hopkinton on June 6 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Steven Freeman, 35, of Village Street in Penacook on a felony delivery of articles to prisoners charge. He was accused of possessing fentanyl inside the Merrimack County House of Corrections in Boscawen on May 25.

David J. Fries, 39, of Rimmon Street in Manchester on three felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, fentanyl, psilocin, and oxycodone, charges in Concord on June 9.

Coreen Gagne, 22, of Ricker Road in Loudon on a felony robbery charge. She was accused of punching a Concord Walmart store employee while fleeing the store with stolen merchandise on Feb. 16.

Lisa M. Gianotti, 54, of Western Avenue in Dover on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-buprenorphine charge on June 4 in Concord.

Kevin Gobeil, 27, of High Street in Pembroke on possession of buprenorphine and possession of methamphetamine charges, both felonies, on June 5 in Bow.
