Dead Body Found In Woods Behind Concord Apartment Complex
Update: Concord police are investigating a man's body found near the grounds of the Meadowbrook Apartment complex on Fisherville Road.

CONCORD, NH — Concord police are investigating a body found outside an apartment complex on Fisherville Road on Wednesday.
Police and firefighters were sent to the Meadowbrook Apartment complex at around 3:15 p.m. for a report of a person down, possibly a dead body, near a building in the rear of the complex and into the woods, behind the building's trash compactors.
The first arriving officers and firefighters confirmed the person was dead and firefighters cleared the grounds. A funeral home later came to remove the body. Police were at the apartments at least until 5:30 p.m. collecting evidence.

Deputy Chief John Thomas of the Concord Police Department said the body was of a man and police are attempting to identify him. An autopsy will be performed Thursday. The case is still an open investigation.
The body was found less than a half a mile from where Tiffany Fraher's body found last year, behind a number of businesses and the Oak Bridge Condominium complex. While it took a month for police to release the name in that case, neither the public nor the press knows her cause of death or other information about the case — although police said in November that investigators do not believe her death was trauma-based or that the public was in danger.
