Dead Body Found in White Park

Concord Police are at the scene where an unknown woman was found earlier today.

Concord Police are in White Park at this hour recovering the body of a woman that was found in the woods behind the children’s playground area earlier today.

A woman and children playing in the park reportedly discovered the body at around 2 p.m. on July 31, 2015, according to witnesses who were at the scene and contacted Concord NH Patch. At the time, they believed the woman to be just relaxing. But after one of them noticed the woman in the same position an hour later and she didn’t respond to attempts to wake her up, they called police.

Patch confirmed the presence of police on both sides of the park, including an officer keeping children who were playing at the playground from the area.
