Drug Fugitive Who Skipped Court Arrested In Londonderry: Marshals
Scott Andrew Belville was tracked down Wednesday morning by the U.S. Marshals Service on Pendelton Lane. He was wanted on three warrants.

CONCORD, NH — This week's Fugitive of the Week was captured pretty quickly not based on tips but on what has been described as "persistent investigation" by members of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force. Scott Andrew Belville, 50, was arrested late Wednesday morning on Pendelton Lane in Londonderry after task force members tracked him down at a family member's residence, according to Deputy Marshal Jeffrey White. Belville was wanted on an outstanding warrant issued in March from Rockingham County Superior Court for allegedly failing to appear on charges of possession of cocaine and transporting drugs.
Belville also had two electronic bench warrants for failure to appear on two willful concealment charges, too.
"In this case, it was not tips that led to (Belville being caught) but it was the result of several hours of persistent investigation by members of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force," White stated. "While conducting surveillance in Londonderry, Belville was observed exiting the residence in an attempt to depart in a car. The team quickly moved in and made the arrest without incident."
