Drunk Chichester Man Allegedly Topples Native American Statute: LOG
Concord Police: Man arrested after calling fire department three times, refusing treatment each time and teen summoned for squealing tires.

James Q. McBee, 38, of Allison Street in Concord, was arrested at 11:10 p.m. on Dec. 30, 2015, for simple assault, domestic violence (simple assault), and criminal mischief (vandalism). The charges stem from alleged incidents on Allison Street on Oct. 29, 2015. An officer visited McBee’s residence but he wasn’t home. He turned himself in about an hour later and was arraigned on Dec. 31, 2015.

John M. Foote, 75, pictured, of Conant Drive in Concord, was arrested at 10:40 p.m. on Dec. 25, 2015, on a bench warrant. An officer was sent to Conant Drive after a man – Foote – reportedly called Concord Fire and Rescue teams for the third time of the evening. “The first two times he requested Concord Fire,” the officer alleged. “When CFD arrived, he declined any treatment. Foote was intoxicated. On the third call, CPD was asked to respond as well.” A check of Foote yielded an active warrant out of Concord District Court on a criminal threatening charges, $500 cash bail. Since there were no medical issues, he was arrested. He was sent to county after not being able to come up with the bail money and not being able to reach a sober party to be released to, according to the report. Foote was arraigned on Dec. 28, 2015.

Melissa M. Sadatis, 38, of Union Street in Concord, was arrested at 12:40 p.m. on Dec. 4, 2015, and charged with felony possession of controlled drugs (amphetamines) and possession of controlled drugs (marijuana) from an incident on West Street on Nov. 24, 2015. She’s due in court on Jan. 11.
Derek L. Tingley, 24, of Main Street in Chichester, was arrested at 12:55 a.m. on Nov. 26, 2015, for criminal mischief (vandalism) and resisting arrest or detention. Police were sent to Castro’s Back Room on Depot Street for a report of a patron hitting other customers. Before they arrived, they heard from dispatch that the offender was breaking items inside the business. When officers pulled up, they saw a man walking away from the store’s Native American statute that was toppled to the ground. They spoke with the man – Tingley – who was allegedly “intoxicated and had a difficult time speaking,” according to the report. “Tingley was swaying from side to side and his speech was slurred,” the officer alleged. The statue lost its nose when it hit the ground, according to the report. The officer told Tingley he was going to pat him down for weapons but he allegedly wouldn’t keep his hands on top of his head and was cuffed. Another person stated that they witnessed Tingley allegedly push the statue and he was arrested.

Harley Proulx, 18, of South Curtisville Road in Concord, received a summons at 10:28 p.m. on Nov. 26, 2015, for reckless operation for allegedly revving his vehicle’s engine and squealing its tires as the rear end of the vehicle drifted out as it was accelerating on North Main Street. “When speaking with the driver, I asked him if he knew why I had stopped him, and he advised me that he did not,” the officer reported. “I then told him it was because he had squealed his tires as he was coming around the corner. He advised me that he did not hear his tires squealing.” Proulx had a court date on Jan. 4.
Kallie W. Fay, 41, of South State Street in Concord, was arrested at 7:10 p.m. on Nov. 25, 2015, on a bench warrant. She had a court date on Jan. 4.
Devan Jordan, 24, of East Side Drive in Concord, was arrested at 12:54 p.m. on Nov. 24, 2015, for possession of controlled drugs and possession of prescription drugs without a prescription after an alleged incident at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street on Sept. 24, 2015. She was arrested by Hooksett Police and handed over to a Concord officer. She was arraigned on Dec. 28, 2015.
Tyler Meadows, 25, of Dudley Hill Road in Pembroke, was arrested at 9:25 a.m. on Nov. 23, 2015, on a warrant out of Pembroke. He was arrested at the New Hampshire Probation and Parole Office on North State Street.
Camilla E. Moody, 34, of Rumford Street in Concord, was arrested at 6:30 p.m. on Nov. 21, 2015, for simple assault and domestic violence (simple assault). Officers were sent to the home for a possible domestic with a man and woman arguing. They ran into a man, carrying luggage, and leaving the residence. He stated that he just had an argument with his girlfriend of two months and was leaving. “At this time, I observed a scratch on the forehead and a cut on his mouth,” the officer stated. The man was asked if he had any weapons and he admitted to have an axe and knives in his pockets. The officers took possession of the weapons and asked him why he had them. “He stated that he was scared for his life,” the report stated, adding that she was allegedly going to get another person to come and attack him. When asked about the incident, the man alleged that they had been arguing and she allegedly “began to attack him” and he pinned her down to restrict her from causing any further injuries. The officer spoke to Moody about the arguing, assault allegation, and who her probation officer was, and she was arrested.
Carmen J. Ayala, 30, of Whispering Pines in Wilmot, was arrested at 2:55 p.m. on Nov. 19, 2015, for driving after revocation or suspension and suspended registration after a traffic stop on Manchester Street for not having a visible inspection sticker. Ayala’s license was suspended on Aug. 4, 2015, and registration suspended on July 21, 2015, both for cancellation of insurance. “I informed Ms. Ayala that her driver’s license and vehicle registration were suspended,” the officer wrote. “Ms. Ayala stated, ‘Let me guess. Because I don’t have insurance?’”
