Thrown Laptop, Smashed Dishes Leads to Mischief Charge: Log
Concord Police also arrest Vermont man on drug charges and tag a Boscawen teen with a suspended license for driving 50 mph on Canal Street.

Catherine M. Rogoff, 28, of School Street in Boscawen, was arrested at 2:04 a.m. on Oct. 24, 2015, on a bench warrant out of Concord District Court, issued on Oct. 23, 2015, for nonpayment of fines, $352.50 cash to settle. Rogoff was stopped on Manchester Street near Old Suncook Road for letting her Chevrolet Prizm roll through a stop sign without stopping. She’s due in court on Nov. 20.

Shawnie Benda, 47, of Jennifer Drive in Concord, was arrested at 12:52 p.m. Oct. 3, on a bench warrant out of Rockingham County Superior Court for nonpayment of restitution on a forgery charge, $500 cash bail, that was issued on Jan. 2, 2015. She was arrested after police were sent to I-93 and Water Street for a report of a disabled vehicle.

Noah E. Mishkit, 22, of South Spring Street in Concord, was arrested at 3:52 a.m. on Oct. 1, on a disorderly conduct charge. Officers were sent to South Spring Street for a domestic incident with an intoxicated man reportedly fighting with a woman about a dog. While speaking with everyone, the incident was determined to be an argument about the dog. The officers told the man – Mishkit, who reportedly admitted to drinking earlier at Tandy’s and was now allegedly intoxicated – to not speak to the woman, to sleep it off, and deal with the issue in the morning. As the officers were leaving, the woman came downstairs and alleged that Mishkit had locked her out of the apartment. Mishkit also reportedly came downstairs and started yelling at police. When asked to lower his voice, he allegedly continued to yell. “Dude, this is f------ stupid,” he allegedly stated. He was reportedly asked multiple times to stop yelling and swearing and refused, according to the report, so he was arrested. When asked to put his hands behind his back to be cuffed, he allegedly stated, “Are you f------ kidding me? Don’t tell me what to do!”
Kyle E. Darrell, 24, of Spencer Hollow Road in Springfield, VT, was arrested at 2:19 p.m. on Sept. 27, possession of drugs and possession of controlled drugs charges. While on a traffic enforcement detail on Sheep Davis Road/Route 106, an officer reportedly saw a sedan drive through a red light. The vehicle was pulled over near Autumn Drive. The driver, Darrell, allegedly “appeared to be under a lot of stress” and the officer reported smelling marijuana coming from the car. After some back and forth about the odor, Darrell allegedly admitted having over a quarter of an ounce of marijuana and a pipe in the vehicle’s center console and he was arrested.

Haley McLeary, 18, of Lovers Lane in Chichester, was arrested at 12:29 a.m. on Sept. 26, on an unlawful possession of alcohol charge after an incident on Josiah Bartlett Road.
Arthur R. Chalmers Jr., 34, of Stark Highway in Dunbarton, was arrested at 6:30 p.m. on Sept. 25, for driving without giving proof. An officer on Clinton Street clocked a vehicle going 50 mph in a 30 mph zone and pulled it over. The driver, Chalmers, had a revoked license for financial responsibility and was arrested.
Brandon M. Benedict, 18, of Franklin Road in Salisbury, received a summons at 8:17 a.m. on Sept. 24, for speeding and driving after revocation or suspension after a traffic stop on Canal Street in Penacook for driving 50 mph in a 30 zone. Benedict reportedly told the officer that he was unaware he was speeding and was trying to drop off his girlfriend at school. According to a check, his license was suspended earlier in the month for driving 25 mph over the speed limit.
Larry A. Ireland, 45, Merrill Road in Weare, received a summons at 8:36 p.m. on Sept. 23, for simple assault on Aug. 25, 2015, after an incident on Fisherville Road and Winsor Avenue.
Benjamin M. Berry, 38, a homeless man now located in Concord, received a summons at 2:25 p.m. on Sept. 22, for the passing of items to or from the occupant of a motor vehicle on outside of the LL Bean on Fort Eddy Road. While in the parking lot, the officer reportedly saw Berry step off the curb and into traffic to accept what looked like money from a passenger side window of a Toyota pickup truck. The officer stopped to speak to Berry and asked him about the money, which Berry allegedly admitted to taking. When asked what he was buying with it, Berry allegedly stated, “Beer and cigarettes.” Since he was previously cited at that location, he was cited again.
Kallie W. Fay, 41, of South State Street, was arrested at 12:18 a.m. on Sept. 21, on a bench warrant and resisting arrest. Officers were sent to a check on Fay’s welfare call on South State Street and on the way, dispatch warned that she had an active warrant out of Concord District Court from May 28, 2015, for controlled drugs: acts prohibited, $559 cash to settle. When they arrived, Fay was sleeping and didn’t know anything about any problems. She later stated that she had ignored a text from a relative earlier, according to the report. When told about the warrant, Fay allegedly “became very irritated and upset” and requested the opportunity to change her shirt. She was asked to put on a sweatshirt and allegedly became even more irritated, according to the report. She put on another shirt but before being cuffed, allegedly became upset and started yelling at the officer, refusing to relax her arms or put them behind her back. They were able to get one arm cuffed but not the second arm because she was allegedly prohibiting the officers from gaining access to the arm so she was taken down to the ground and cuffed.
Sabrina K. Smith, 32, of North State Street in Concord, was arrested at 8:43 p.m. on Sept. 20, on a criminal trespass charge. Officers were sent to Curtis Avenue for a report of a domestic and met with Smith who was reportedly smoking, offering hurried speech, and had blood on her sweatshirt and minor cuts on her knuckles. She reportedly stated that her ex, who she hadn’t spoken to or communicated in months, had texted her so she headed to his house. When she arrived, another woman told her to leave but she said she needed to speak to the man and the two began fighting in front of the house. She reportedly refused medical attention. The man and woman, however, offered a different story. They alleged that Smith just showed up, walked into the home, “and began yelling obscenities,” according to the report. She allegedly stated, “Who do you think you are? Stop messaging me you (expletive deleted)!” Smith allegedly wouldn’t leave even though she was asked to. When the woman approached her, Smith allegedly grabbed her by the hair and the two began fighting. After speaking with everyone, Smith was determined to be the “primary aggressor” and arrested.
Lucien R. Vincent, 42, of Prospect Street in Concord, was arrested at 11:24 p.m. on Sept. 19, on a criminal mischief charge. Officers were sent to Curtis Avenue/Perkins Court area for a report of a woman knocking on a door and requesting police assistance on Perkins Court. The officers found the woman who was walking in the street and stated that she was fighting were her boyfriend, Vincent. She stated the argument was money that was missing that he was reportedly upset about. She denied taking the money. Vincent allegedly threw her laptop out a third floor window and smashed some dishes during the argument, according to the report. Another officer went to meet with Vincent and alleged that “it was clear that he had consumed a fair amount of alcohol this evening,” according to the report. He allegedly denied doing anything wrong and denied throwing the laptop but when asked about the dishes, he reportedly grew silent. Vincent was later arrested.
