Elderly Concord Man Charged with Indecent Exposure: Log

Concord Police: Man swallowed heroin, was taken to the hospital and a Manchester man was charged with aggravated DWI.

CONCORD, NH — Caitlyn F. Dalrymple, 29, a homeless woman now located in Concord, was arrested at 8:53 a.m. on July 11, 2016, on a bench warrant. She was arrested on Perley Street. Also arrested on a warrant at the same location was Christopher L. Poire, 29, a homeless man now located in Concord.

Amanda M. Forrett, 32, of Hartshorn Lane in Warner, received a summons at 10:30 a.m. on July 11, 2016, for operating without a valid license after a traffic stop on Loudon Road near Papa Gino’s.

Karl F. Blake, 71, of Garvins Falls Road, was arrested at 10:35 a.m. on July 11, 2016, on three counts of indecent exposure and lewdness based on an alleged incident at his home address.

Richard N. Brittani, 25, of Firepond Road in Hopkinton, received a summons at 11:45 a.m. on July 11, 2016, for operating without a valid license after a traffic stop on East Side Drive near the CVS.

Leonard Nduwayo, 30, of Kimball Street in Manchester, was arrested at 6:04 p.m. on July 11, 2016, for driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated after an incident on Loudon Road near the 7-Eleven.

Mike G. Bishop, 49, of Chesley Street in Concord, was arrested at 10:34 p.m. on July 11, 2016, for violation of a protective order.

Shannon E. McGowan, 21, of Towle Road in Chichester, was arrested at 4:52 p.m. on June 17, 2016, and charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer after an alleged incident at Walmart on April 28, 2016.

Robert A. Michaud, 55, of Perley Street in Concord, was arrested at 4:45 p.m. on May 18, 2016, on a warrant. He was also charged with resisting arrest, simple assault, and felony possession of controlled drugs-heroin. He was arrested on Thorndike after police were sent to the address for a report of a possible overdose that turned out to be another health issue. Michaud had an active warrant and was arrested. During processing, he allegedly swallowed heroin that was in his sock and EMTs were called in to transport him to the hospital.
