Farmington Man Faces Conspiracy Drug Dealing Charges: Concord Cop Log

CONCORD, NH — Ryan D. Sullivan, year of birth 1995, of Varney Road in Barnstead, was arrested at 8:39 a.m. on Oct. 15, 2017, for prowling. He was arrested after an alleged incident on Cherry Street. Sullivan was also taken into protective custody due to alleged drug use, according to police.

Anthony J. Webb, year of birth 1996, of Whittaker Circle in Concord, was arrested at 2:31 a.m. on Oct. 15, 2017, for aggravated driving while intoxicated and two counts of driving while intoxicated. He was arrested on I-93 North.

Eric C. Heldman, year of birth 1970, of Turnpike Street in Pembroke, was arrested at 2:14 p.m. on Oct. 14, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension after traffic stop on Loudon Road near the Everett Arena. Tika Mongar, year of birth 1977, of Loudon Road in Concord, was arrested at 9:32 a.m. on Oct. 14, 2017, for conduct after an accident after an alleged incident at Concord Gardens.

Anthony J. Finehout, year of birth 1997, of Roy Street in Concord, was arrested at 10:45 p.m. on Oct. 13, 2017, for attempt to commit after an alleged incident on School Street near the Durgin Block Garage.

Kyle Leavy, year of birth 1986, of Church Street in Farmington, was arrested at 6 p.m. on Oct. 13, 2017, on four counts of conspiracy-sale of a controlled drug allegedly in or near the Oak Bridge Condominium complex on Fisherville Road.

Denny M. Ashland, year of birth 1996, of Concord, was arrested at 1:15 a.m. on Oct. 12, 2017, on four counts of default or breach of bail conditions, resisting arrest or detention, and stalking. The charges stem from alleged incidents on Clinton Street near Trinity Baptist Church, South Spring Street near NEA-NH, and Pleasant Street.

Shannel Sadatis, year of birth 1990, of West Street in Concord, received a summons at 1:20 p.m. on Oct. 10, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension and suspended registration after an alleged incident on South Street near the Citizens Bank.
