Fentanyl Dealer, On The Lam For Nearly 27 Months, Caught: U.S. Marshals Fugitive Follow-Up
The task force found Jose Hiram Martinez-Rolon and his gal pal, Sabrina Deleon, who was also wanted, hiding out in Manchester Wednesday.

CONCORD, NH — Two fugitives from justice, wanted on various charges, were captured in Manchester on Wednesday by the U.S. Marshals Service — with some help from Queen City police.
Jose Hiram Martinez-Rolon, 31, a convicted fentanyl dealer, was wanted on a supervised release conditions violation after being convicted in October 2020 and sentenced to two and a half years in prison. Part of his parole was to attend treatment and testing while staying away from drugs. Martinez-Rolon, according to Andrew Grillo, a deputy marshal, was found to have drugs, refused testing, and failed to attend treatment sessions within six months of getting out of jail.
A warrant for his arrest was issued in November 2021.

The NH Joint Fugitive Task Force featured Martinez-Rolon as part of its fugitive of the week program twice in 2022, in May and October, to inform the public about the case. Grillo said leads developed after publication of the alerts were “extremely helpful” when “combined with intelligence provided by Manchester (police)” to arresting both Martinez-Rolon and Sabrina Deleon, his girlfriend, 38, who was wanted on theft chargeson Wednesday.
“A surveillance operation identified the couple getting into a vehicle in the Pinardville neighborhood of Manchester,” he said. “The vehicle was then stopped by the JFTF near the intersection of Agnes and Pinard streets. Both Martinez-Rolon and Deleon were taken into custody safely and without further incident.”

Manchester police took Deleon while Martinez-Rolon was placed into federal custody with an arraignment in U.S. District Court scheduled for Thursday.
Grillo said an investigator working the case noted Martinez-Rolon “went to great lengths to move around and hide from law enforcement,” but “the combination of an interested public willing to provide assistance, great local police intelligence, and sound investigative techniques, ensured Martinez-Rolon will be held responsible for his actions.”
According to superior court records, Martinez Rolon pleaded guilty to misdemeanor controlled drug: controlled premises where drugs kept and driving after revocation or suspension charges in December 2017, after being arrested in Manchester earlier that year. Initially, he faced a felony controlled drug act: acts prohibited charge, but the charge was amended later. A felony falsifying physical evidence charge was nolle prossed as part of the plea deal. In February 2019, he was accused of violating a court order and, in March 2019, failed to appear in Hillsborough County Superior Court North. A warrant was issued for his arrest. No other information was available about the case.
