Hooksett, Milford Men, Others Arrested During Manchester Roundup
Queen City police arrested 15 people on drug dealing, possession, and other warrants during a substance abuse reduction effort Wednesday.
MANCHESTER, NH — Police in New Hampshire's largest city used "substance abuse reduction grant" funds to put an extra effort into apprehending numerous people who had outstanding warrants on drug charges in Manchester.
The department's special enforcement division conducted the operation June 17, according to Heather Hamel, the public information officer for the department, which led to 15 people being arrested on warrants, failure to appear, and other charges. The suspects "were actively engaged" in drug activity, she stated.
"All of these arrest warrants were a direct result of drug investigations conducted by the Special Enforcement Division and the Substance Abuse Reduction Group," Hamel said. "The Substance Abuse Reduction Group was created to assist in reducing substance abuse in Manchester. It consisted of several Manchester police officers."

Two men were arrested from residences outside of Manchester: Andre Parent, pictured upper left center, 28, of Hooksett, who was arrested on a sale of a controlled drug warrant, and Richard Gurley, 25, of Milford, upper left, who was arrested on a possession charge.

- Sabrina Deleon, upper center right, 36, was arrested on a resisting or detention charge during the operation.
- Hannah Butler, 18, upper right, on a warrant for possession.
- Erik Bradbury, 24, second row left, on a possession warrant as well as a nonappearance in court charge.
- Amanda Montplaisir, 33, second row center left, on a possession warrant.
- Jeanne Call, 48, second row center right, on a sale of a controlled drug warrant.
- Jeanne Call, 22, second row right, on a sale of a controlled drug warrant.
- Scott Jeannont, 45, third row left, on a possession warrant as well as a falsifying physical evidence charge.
- Paul Rein, 64, third row right center, on a charge of conspiracy to commit the possession of a controlled drug charge.
- Stephanie Blaise, 33, third row far right, on a charge of conspiracy to commit the possession of a controlled drug charge.
- Keith Reuter, 35, bottom left, on a sale of a controlled drug warrant.
- Louis Jones, 45, bottom center, on a sale of a controlled drug warrant.
- Devin Milliard, 29, bottom right, on two counts of sale of a controlled drug warrant.
The suspects will have upcoming court dates.
