Fugitive Sex Offender at-Large: U.S. Marshals
Investigators are looking for tips so they can find Frederick Piercey. Have you seen him?
CONCORD, NH — The District of New Hampshire - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is looking for a convicted sex offering who is wanted on an outstanding warrant. Frederick Piercey is wanted by the Keene Police Department for failure to register/comply with his sex offender status. The warrant for his arrest was issued on Dec. 7, 2016.

Piercey is 42, about 5 feet, 10 inches tall, and weighs around 140 lbs., and has hazel eyes, brown hair, and light skin tone. He has numerous tattoos on his arms, chest, and the word, “Omerta,” on his neck. He sometimes uses the alias “Frederick Karwick” and is originally from New York.

Piercey was convicted in October 2001 for child pornography, with a victim under 16, endangering the welfare of a child/incompetent, and sexual assault. According to the state of New Hampshire, between 2007 and 2012, he was convicted five times for duty to report. He was also convicted of disorderly conduct in 1997, criminal trespassing in 2000, simple assault in 2008, and breach of bail in 2009.
