Hooksett Man Arrested On Burglary, Stalking, Other Charges: Log

Penacook man arrested on DWI, drug charges; Concord, Northfield residents face theft charges; Maryland woman arrested 3 times in 3 days.

CONCORD, NH — Christopher M. Cooper, born 1998, of Penacook was arrested at 3:15 a.m. on May 30 on driving while intoxicated and possession of a controlled drug charges on Concord Street.

Mark Richard Hebert, born 1959, of Concord was arrested at 6:23 p.m. on May 26 on false imprisonment, simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and false imprisonment-domestic violence charges after an incident on Elm Street in Penacook.

Lakia Nichole Wallace, born 1975, of Halethorpe, Maryland, was arrested at 4:45 p.m. on May 25 on two counts of simple assault, criminal mischief, and resisting arrest or detention charges. She was arrested after an incident on Wall Street. She was arrested again at 5:15 p.m. on May 28 on two counts of simple assault and a breach of bail charge after an incident on Wall Street. She was arrested a third time at 11 p.m. on May 28 on two counts of breach of bail after an incident on Wall Street.

Charles Raymond McWilliams, born 1968, of Northfield was arrested at 5:15 p.m. on May 23 on theft by unauthorized taking-$1,001 to $1,500, and receiving stolen property-less than $1,000, and two criminal mischief charges after incidents on Foundry Street.

Anthony J. Zimont, pictured, 36, of Arah Street in Hooksett was arrested at 6:17 p.m. on May 22 on felony burglary, stalking, breach of bail, criminal mischief, and two counts of simple assault-domestic violence charges after an incident on Washington Street in Penacook. He's due to be arraigned in Merrimack County Superior Court June 18.

Sebastian Duncan Rainie, born 1989, of Concord was arrested at 7:16 p.m. on May 20 on simple assault and resisting arrest or detention charges in the South End.

Theodore T. Kopka II, born 1984, of Bow was arrested at 6:52 p.m. on May 19 on a receiving stolen property-less than $1,000 charge after an incident on Hall Street.
