Concord Sex Offenders Indicted On Duty To Report Charges: Court
Plus: Bradford man indicted on reckless conduct gun charge; woman faces 3 prison assault charges; and couple indicted on pot growing charge.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Allen B. Cahill, 66, of Route 114 in Bradford, on a felony reckless conduct charge. He's accused of placing another man and others in danger by firing a gun at the ground during an argument on Oct. 6, 2019, in Bradford.
Christopher S. Carter, 42, of Henniker Street in Hillsboro, on possession of alprazolam and tampering with witnesses and informants charges, both felonies. He's accused of attempting to get a woman to not speak to police after an assault incident by telling her he would "give her something to make her feel good" or words to that effect on Oct. 4, 2019, in Bow.

Mark Charles, 37, and Samantha Charles, 31, of Shady Lane in Andover, were both indicted on a felony manufacture of marijuana charge each. They are accused of growing 5 lbs. or more of pot plants at his Andover home on July 19, 2019. Previously, according to the indictment, Mark Charles was convicted of drug possession in Franklin District Court in July 2010.
Robert W. Clark, pictured lower left, 31, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony duty to report charge. He's accused of failing to register with Concord police on Sept. 10, 2019. Clark was previously convicted on a duty to report charge in Merrimack County Superior Court in March 2017. He was convicted of possessing child pornography in Merrimack County Superior Court in April 2009.

Christopher Cooper, 21, of Manor Road in Penacook, on possession of fentanyl and possession of buprenorphine charges, both felonies, on June 14, 2019, in Hooksett.
Michael A. Davis, upper left, 51, homeless, on two duty to report felony charges. He's accused of not letting Concord police know where he was living on June 13, 2019, and of his Ford pickup with Vermont registration that he was driving on June 21, 2019. Davis was convicted of indecent exposure and lewdness in May 2005 in Hillsborough County Superior Court.
Keri Demers, 42, of Perimeter Road in Concord, on three felony assaults by prisoners charges. She is accused of pushing and punching another prisoner as well as scratching a corrections officer in the face on Oct. 12, 2019, at the New Hampshire Correctional Facility for Women in Concord.
James E. Dimond, 38, of Salisbury Road in Franklin, on possession of fentanyl and possession of methamphetamine charges on Sept. 23, 2019, in Franklin.
Robert Doucette, 42, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony delivery of articles to prisoners charge. He's accused of being in possession of buprenorphine inside the New Hampshire State Prison for Men in Concord on June 23, 2019.
Warren L. Doucette, 39, of Centre Street in Concord, on a felony habitual offender charge for driving on Fairway Drive in Pembroke on Oct. 22, 2019.
Austin C. Ellsworth, 21, of Dudley Brook Road in Weare, on burglary and conspiracy to commit receiving stolen property charges, both felonies. He's accused of entering a building on South Main Street in Franklin and agreeing to work with Erik Rye, who is accused of driving a stolen Toyota Corolla, on Oct. 4, 2019.
