Incorrect Food Order Leads To Smashed Door, Arrest: Report
For the second time in six months, Brandon Gurski was arrested for alleged vandalism at the McDonald's Restaurant on Loudon Road.

CONCORD, NH — For the third time in less than two years, a homeless man, with a slew of priors, was arrested after allegedly causing vandalism at a McDonald’s Restaurant in the capital city. Brandon C. Gurski, 30, formerly of Nashua, was arrested on Jan. 7, 2018, for criminal mischief. According to an arrest report and court affidavit, officers were sent to McDonald’s on Loudon Road for a report of a vandalism incident at just after 2 p.m.

The manager of the restaurant, according to dispatch, alleged that Gurski had just thrown a wrench through a door. When officers arrived, Gurski was reportedly seen outside of the restaurant, waving at the officers. The reporting officer noted that there was glass all over the ground and a wrench was at the bottom of the door. He confirmed that the man next to the damage was Gurski from prior booking photos.

“I asked Brandon what happened and he told me, ‘I’m not in the right mindset,’” the reporting officer alleged. “I asked Brandon if he broke the door and he told me that he did. (Another) officer asked Brandon if he had been angry at someone in the restaurant. Brandon said, ‘Yes, they didn’t get my order right.”
The manager told police that Gurski had broken this door before in 2017. When asked if this were true, Gurski allegedly admitted that the statement was true. When asked why he broke the door, he reportedly stated that he had a plan in place and could not do this anymore. Gurski then requested to be arrested and taken to jail, according to the affidavit. When asked what his plan was, Gurski reportedly wouldn’t elaborate further. When asked where he lived, he allegedly stated, “Nowhere.”

The reporting officer eyed surveillance footage and reported seeing Gurski “outside of the store before the incident” and the manager reportedly stated he “walked up to the door and threw a wrench through the glass door.”
Gurski was arrested, processed, and declined bail. He was transported to the Merrimack County House of Corrections and arraigned the next day.
The vandalism incident from last year reportedly occurred on Aug. 1, according to a report on Patch. It’s unknown if that previous incident occurred due to a botched order. About week later, Gurski was arrested on criminal threatening charges after allegedly telling a woman he was going to cut her head off.
Also, in February 2016, Gurski – then living in Nashua – was arrested at the same McDonald’s after allegedly throwing rocks at the windows of the restaurant. When confronted by police, he allegedly squared off with them and said, “Let’s go,” in an “aggressive manner,” according to police.
Gurski was also arrested in September 2015, for allegedly scratching "F--- YOU WHITE POWER" on the side of Kia parked downtown. At the time, he reportedly admitted to drinking a lot of alcohol, smoking pot, and taking hallucinogenic drugs, and blamed the incident on a leprechaun.
