Homeless Felon Arrested On Weapon Charge: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Lee A. McWilliams, year of birth 1979, of North Emperor Drive in Concord, received a summons at 6:21 p.m. on Aug. 5, 2017, for possession of controlled drugs and possession of drugs. He was charged on North State Street.

Michael W. Durgin Jr., year of birth 1979, of Mount Vernon Terrace in Webster, was arrested at 12:25 a.m. on Aug. 5, 2017, on a bench warrant after an alleged incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Alicia A. Lucier, year of birth 1994, of North Main Street in Boscawen, was arrested at 6:44 p.m. on Aug. 4, 2017, for simple assault after an alleged incident on Fisherville Road.

Kaleb C. Ferland, year of birth 1991, of Concord, was arrested at 10:29 a.m. on Aug. 4, 2017, for stalking, simple assault, criminal mischief-vandalism, and default or breach of bail conditions. He was arrested after alleged incidents at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street.

Shannon E. Timoney, year of birth 1991, of Green Street in Manchester, was arrested at 6:59 p.m. on Aug. 3, 2017, on two counts of possession of controlled drugs at police headquarters.

Frank J. Merrill, year of birth 1962, of East Side Drive in Concord, was arrested at 1:15 p.m. on Aug. 2, 2017, for common nuisance; illegal drug use abode after an alleged incident at Regency Hill Estates on East Side Drive.

Brandon C. Gurski, year of birth 1987, of Manchester, was arrested at 7:48 p.m. on Aug. 1, 2017, for criminal mischief-vandalism after an alleged incident at the McDonald’s Restaurant on Loudon Road.

Michael A. Davis, year of birth 1968, of Concord, was arrested at 9:14 p.m. on July 31, 2017, for convicted felons-weapon law violation after an alleged incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Shawn E. Gilpatric, year of birth 1976, of Concord, was arrested at 11:41 a.m. on July 30, 2017, possession of controlled drugs, criminal trespass, and two counts of default or breach of bail conditions. He was arrested after an alleged incident at Cumberland Farms on North Main Street.
