Update: Elijah Gross Is In Custody
An Allenstown man allegedly involved in domestic altercation and threat incident in Concord and on I-89, is in custody, per Sutton Police.

CONCORD, NH — A BOLO – be on the lookout – alert was posted tonight for Elijah Gross of Allenstown after alleged incidents in Concord and along I-89, according to reports and alerts. The BOLO was issued for Gross after he allegedly threatened a woman on Thorndike Street on Nov. 19, 2017. After the alleged threat incident, the woman and Gross reportedly drove north on I-89 – while Gross allegedly was a passenger in a vehicle that fired upon the woman’s vehicle.

At some point past Exit 9 in Warner, New Hampshire State Police were able to catch up to the woman but Gross reportedly eluded state troopers around Exit 10 in Sutton.

At around 8:45 p.m. tonight, the alert was issued statewide for a stop and hold on Gross and warning of officer safety, due to the alleged gun incidents.
Gross is 40, white, about 5 feet, 5 inches tall, and weighs around 167 lbs., according to the BOLO. He was wearing blue jeans and a dark jacket.
At around 5 a.m. on Nov. 20, the Keasarge Regional School District canceled classes for the day since Gross has still not been found and could be hiding in the area. In a Facebook post last night, Sutton Police urged residents to lock their home and vehicle doors and report any suspicious activity.
Another with information about Gross is being asked to call Trooper Beauchemin at 603-223-8496. He should be considered armed and dangerous, state police noted.
Gross, according to Concord Police, was arrested on Aug. 15, 2017, for violation of a protective order after an alleged incident at Walmart on Loudon Road. According to police, the report came in as a possible kidnapped child but police were able to find the missing child. They issued the restraining order charges later.
The month before, Rebecca Manning, Gross’ girlfriend at the time, allegedly shot him in the leg, according to NH1.com.
