Littleton Man Faces More DUI Charges: Concord Police Log
Plus: Nashua woman charged with theft; Manchester man with priors arrested on drug charges; Mass. man accused of protective order violation.

CONCORD, NH — Nicholas Scott Jacob, 38, of Littleton was arrested at 3:31 a.m. on Aug. 21 on two counts of driving under the influence-second or third offense, deal-possess prescription drugs, conduct after an accident, and alcohol ignition interlock circumvention charges after an incident on Hall Street. Previously, according to court documents, he was convicted of aggravated driving while intoxicated out of Manchester in 2004 and burglary, drug possession, and resisting arrest out of Manchester in 2004.
Brenda L. Ortiz, born 1977, of Nashua was arrested on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge at 3:50 p.m. on Aug. 20 after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.
Anas Kenzou, 34, of Manchester was arrested at 2:22 p.m. on Aug. 20 on a felony possession of fentanyl charge after an incident at The Hotel Concord on South Main Street. At the time of this arrest, he had an active meth possession charge out of Manchester from September 2019 and was arrested in June for failure to appear in Hillsborough County Superior Court North. Kenzou was convicted on drug possession and premise charges in Manchester in December 2018.

Ernest Raymond Carpenter, born 1967, of Lynn, Massachusetts, was arrested at 7:48 a.m. on Aug. 17 on a violation of protective order charge after an incident at the Concord Gardens apartment complex.
Corissa L. Manning, 28, of Manchester received a summons at 1:45 p.m. on Aug. 15 on a resisting arrest or detention charge. According to superior court records, she is facing robbery, reckless conduct-deadly weapon, and falsifying physical evidence charges, all felonies, and domestic violence and two disobeying an officer charges out of Manchester from August.

Mark I. Vermillion, 27, of Allenstown was arrested at 10:05 p.m. on Aug. 14 on felony habitual offender, driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent, and suspension of vehicle registration charges in the North End of the city.
Nicholas Fletcher, 20, of Pittsfield was arrested at 5:36 p.m. on Aug. 14 on theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 and breach of bail. Also arrested was Leah Jameson, 22, homeless in Concord on a receiving stolen property-less than $1,000 charge. They were arrested after an incident at Advance Auto Parts on Loudon Road. Fletcher has an active theft case in superior court involving receiving stolen property and drug possession charges, both felonies, and driving after revocation or suspension and is due for arraignment Sept. 10. Jameson is due in Merrimack County Superior Court Sept. 24. She has active felony drug possession cases out of Belmont from December 2019 and February and drug possession and falsifying physical evidence felony cases out of Gilford from May.
Tyler Lee Daugherty, 24, of Franklin was arrested at 12:17 p.m. on Aug. 13 on a bench warrant after an incident on Loudon Road. He was convicted in October 2018 on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge out of Lebanon from March 2017. The case was reopened due to a violation of probation accusation out of Haverhill from February. In July, another violation of probation accusation was posted in court and a warrant issued for his arrest. He is due back in Grafton County Superior Court Sept. 24.
