Manchester Man Charged With Robbery, Theft, Assault: Concord Log
Plus: Concord teen arrested on stalking, bail charges; Lebanon felon faces meth, theft charges; and Pittsfield man arrested on drug charge.

CONCORD, NH — Dustin Patrick Averill, born 1994, homeless in Concord was arrested at 5:30 p.m. on Aug. 3 on theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and criminal liability for the conduct of another charges after an incident at Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road.
Matthew Willis Kelley, 45, of Lebanon was arrested at 11:30 a.m. on Aug. 1 on possession of methamphetamine and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charges, both felonies, after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road, and three theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charges, all felonies, after an incident at the Circle K Irving on Loudon Road. The theft charges are felonies based on two prior convictions. Kelley, who was previously found guilty on a burglary charge out of Laconia in 2012, is due in Merrimack County Superior Court for arraignment on Sept. 18.
Jesse T. Croft, 26, of Allenstown was arrested on felony possession of methamphetamine, possession of a controlled drug, and breach of bail charges at 7:31 a.m. on July 31 after an incident at 15 N. State St. At the time of his arrest, he was out on bail after being arrested in Hooksett on a drug possession charge. Croft is due in superior court on Aug. 27 for arraignment.

Nicholas Fletcher, 20, of Pittsfield was arrested at 12:45 a.m. on July 30 on possession of a controlled drug, felony receiving stolen property-$1,501+, and driving after revocation or suspension charges after an incident on North Main Street. He is due in superior court on Sept. 10 for an arraignment.
Emily Libby, born 2001, of Concord was arrested at 4:15 p.m. on July 28 on stalking-domestic violence and breach of bail charges. She was arrested on Fisherville Road.

John A. Lawver, 28, of Manchester was arrested at 2:21 a.m. on July 28 on robbery, violation of a protective order, simple assault, theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000, domestic violence-simple assault, criminal threatening, stalking, criminal mischief, and violation of a protective order-domestic violence charges. He was arrested after an incident on Fisherville Road.
