Man Allegedly Flips Out at Concord Hospital, Injures Guard: Police Log

Plus, Boscawen man and Pembroke woman arrested for theft and Tilton and Concord residents picked up on warrants.

CONCORD, NH — Heather S. Hurley, year of birth 1985, of Elm Street in Boscawen, was summoned by Concord Police at 9:15 p.m. on April 2, 2017, on a department assist. She was cited at police headquarters.

Derek R. Dour, YOB 1991, of Jackson Street in Boscawen, was arrested at 10:04 p.m. on April 4, 2017, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. He was arrested after an alleged incident at Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road.

Nikki A. Hill, YOB 1982, of Pembroke Street in Pembroke, was arrested at 7:45 p.m. on April 5, 2017, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer after an alleged incident at Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road.

Venus Walker, YOB 1969, of Grove Street in Concord, was arrested at 11:44 a.m. on April 6, 2017, for operating without a valid license, a bench warrant, and another warrant, after a traffic stop on Airport Road.

Jake L. Rucker, YOB 1979, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 2:24 p.m. on April 7, 2017, for change of registration information; duty to inform and simple assault. On March 10, an officer was sent to Concord Hospital to take an assault report and encountered Rucker in one of the rooms in “four point restraints,” according to an affidavit. The officer later learned the Rucker allegedly assaulted a hospital security staffer. The guard reportedly stated that Rucker began arguing about hospital policy to have room doors open in the ER – “don’t tell me what to f------ do” – and then allegedly pushed the guard into a wall and struck him in the neck, the affidavit alleged. The guard alleged that Rucker “continued to strike at me” so the guard kicked him in the face. Rucker allegedly pushed the guard again in the leg and the guard reportedly lost balance, fell on the floor, and injuring his head. Witnesses alleged that Rucker was yelling expletives and demanding that his door be left closed, according to the affidavit which was filed on March 29.

Shelly Raxter, YOB 1984, of Andrews Road in Tilton, was arrested at 7 p.m. on April 8, 2017, on a bench warrant. She was arrested after an alleged incident at Ocean State Job Lots on D’Amante Drive.
