Man Allegedly Robs Woman of $9K from Cash Bag: Indictments
Plus, Hopkinton man indicted for fourth DWI and Hooksett woman allegedly paid boyfriend's bills using another woman's checking account.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted in Merrimack County Superior Court recently.
Anthony Deforge, of Franklin, for robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery, theft by unauthorized taking, conspiracy to commit theft by unauthorized taking, and possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl, all felonies. In Franklin on May 12, 2016, he, along with Shane Goss, Zachary Pantaleo, and Matthew Rollins, allegedly drove a woman to a secluded area, robbed her of a money bag with $9,774.70 in it, and then reportedly pushed her out of a vehicle and left her on the side of the road. The four men allegedly split the proceeds of the theft. In Northfield in September 2015, he was allegedly in possession of fentanyl.

Eric Dion, of Franklin, for possession of narcotic drug-heroin, fentanyl, allegedly on June 2, 2016, on Central Street in Franklin.

Robert Dunlap, of Newbury, for falsifying physical evidence and possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, possession of a narcotic drug-Buprenorphine, all felonies, as well as possession of controlled drug-marijuana. On May 27, 2016, he was allegedly in possession of the drugs in Newbury. Police allege that he tried to flush the marijuana down a toilet, knowing that there was a pending investigation.
Chad Elliot, of Meredith, for felony accomplice to burglary, on Sept. 8, 2015, in Northfield, allegedly in concert with Kirk Stutes.
William Fifolt, of Hopkinton, for felony driving while intoxicated-fourth offense on Aug. 10, 2016, in Concord, allegedly on Loudon Road in a pickup truck. He was previously convicted in Concord District Court in March 2015, Ashtabula County Common Pleas Court in Ohio in October 2012, and Ashtabula County Eastern Area Court in Ohio in November 2007.
Blake Garland, of Franklin, for possession of property without a serial number, eight counts of receiving stolen property, four of them felonies, and felony falsifying physical evidence. The charges stem from alleged incidents in Boscawen in March and April 2016 involving auto parts, alcohol, a chainsaw, a sweeper, a television, a laser device, and tools. He was allegedly aided in some of the incidents by William Machia.
[Name Withheld], of Hooksett, for two felony counts of forgery. On May 15, and May 22, 2016, she allegedly wrote checks from another woman’s account to pay her boyfriend’s Direct TV and Fairpoint bills.
