Delvalle-Baez has also reportedly claimed to be in his 20s, using a different birthdate, according to Deputy U.S. Marshal Jeffrey White. He is 5 feet, 2 inches tall, and weighs around 140 lbs. Delvalle-Baez has brown eyes, black hair, and brown skin tone, and numerous tattoos on his neck, back, chest, and right arm. The warrant was issued out of the U.S. District Court in Concord. Delvalle-Baez is wanted on “conspiracy to distribute and possess controlled substances, and has a criminal history that includes firearms offenses” as well as previous drug arrests, according to White, who noted that he has connections to Manchester and Lawrence. At the time of the indictment, he was living in the Bay State, in Salem, according to the district court.
If you see Delvalle-Baez or anyone who looks like him, do not attempt to apprehend him, as marshals have deemed him “armed and dangerous,” due to previous gun offenses. Report any information to the nearest USMS District Office, call the NH office at 603-225-1632, 1-877-WANTED-2, or local police.
