Marshals Are Looking For Alleged Fraudster And Forger

Have you seen Kyle Joyce? He is wanted on counterfeiting, bail jumping, larceny, and other charges in Belknap and Hillsborough Counties.

CONCORD, NH — This week’s The District of New Hampshire - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force Fugitive of the Week is an alleged fraudster who reportedly failed to appear in court recently on numerous charges. Kyle Bernard Joyce is either 31 or 32, according to officials. He is 6 feet tall, weighs around 165 lbs., and has brown eyes and brown hair.

Joyce has tattoos on his back, left leg, right calf, right shoulder, and right front arm. The warrants for his arrest were issued on June 6, and July 7, 2017, according to Deputy Marshal Jeffrey White.

Joyce is wanted on five outstanding Belknap County warrants failing to appear on charges of forgery, fraud, counterfeiting and bail jumping,” he noted in a press statement. “Additionally, Joyce has Hillsborough County warrants for larceny. Joyce has ties to Laconia, Concord, and Manchester. His last known address was in Belmont.”

According to reports on Patch, Joyce was arrested on a criminal liability for the conduct of another in April 2016, after an alleged incident at Walmart. The case reportedly involved returning an empty box for a different box containing a car seat, according to reports. He was arrested again in November on numerous bench warrants. He was arrested again in January of this year on a theft charge after an alleged incident at Hannaford.

Other reports online noted that he was arrested for criminal trespass and a warrant earlier this year in Laconia, according to the Daily Sun.
