Marshals Hunting For Child Sexual Assaulter With Long Rap Sheet
James Labombard is wanted by the Nashua Police for duty to report. He has been convicted of crimes numerous times since the 1990s.

CONCORD, NH — The District of New Hampshire - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is searching for a registered sex offender who is wanted for duty to report. A warrant was issued for the arrest of James E. Labombard, 42, by the Nashua Police Department earlier this month on March 12, 2018. He is 5 feet, 10 inches tall, weighs around 150 lbs., and has blue eyes and brown hair.

Labombard has tattoos on his abdomen, right arm, back, chest, and neck. He is known to have ties to both Manchester and Nashua where he has previously lived, according to Brandon Wilson, a deputy marshal.

Labombard is a registered sex offender due to six convictions for felonious sexual assault against a child under 16 but older than 13 back in March 1998.
Before the sexual assault convictions, he was convicted of theft by deception, witness tampering, violation of a protective order, simple assault, criminal threatening, and criminal mischief, according to the state of New Hampshire. Since the sexual assault convictions, he has been convicted four times of duty to inform or failure to register, simple assault, burglary, controlled drug act, resisting arrest, driving under the influence, criminal mischief, criminal threatening, and disorderly conduct.
