Manchester Man Arrested on Driving Charges: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Alexis B. Call, year of birth 1984, of Tilton Hill Road in Pittsfield, was arrested at 2 p.m. on May 6, 2017, for theft by unauthorized taking. He was arrested after an alleged incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Jennifer L. Condon, YOB 1986, of New Road in Center Barnstead, was arrested at 6:04 p.m. on May 5, 2017, for simple assault on an officer and resisting arrest or detention after an alleged incident on North State Street.

Darious Davis, YOB 1996, of Gale Road in Alexandria, was arrested at 4:20 p.m. on May 5, 2017, for theft by deception, willful concealment, and criminal liability for the conduct of another after an alleged incident at Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road.

Paul N. Swarms, YOB 1958, of Alice Drive in Concord, was arrested at 3 p.m. on May 4, 2017, for simple assault after an alleged incident on Alice Drive.

Elayne M. Corson, YOB 1984, of Hazel Drive in Concord, was arrested at 11:01 p.m. on May 2, 2017, for simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault after an alleged incident on Hazel Drive. A little more than two hours later, at 1:20 a.m. on May 3, 2017, she was arrested for default or breach of bail conditions after an alleged incident on Hazel Drive.

Victoria A. Avery, YOB 1989, of Washington Street in Penacook, was arrested at noon on May 2, 2017, on four counts of forgery, five counts of receiving stolen property, five counts of theft by deception, and theft from a motor vehicle. At least one of the alleged incidents occurred at Pizza Hut on Loudon Road.

Kevin Labelle, YOB 1992, pictured in this file photo, of Patterson Street in Manchester, was arrested at 5:25 p.m. on April 29, 2017, for disobeying an officer and operating without a valid license. He was arrested on Pitman Street.

Joshua M. Davis, YOB 1981, of Concord, was arrested at 10:44 a.m. on April 29, 2017, for disorderly conduct, possession of controlled drugs, and possession of alcoholic beverages on public property. He was arrested on Storrs Street near Market Basket.
