Marshals Seek Info On New Hampshire Firearm Threat Fugitive

CONCORD, NH — The District of New Hampshire - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is asking for the public's help finding a potentially armed and dangerous as well as suicidal fugitive wanted on bail violations.

Frank Albert McPhee IV is 33, stands 5 feet, 7 inches tall, and weighs around 145 lbs. He has dirty blonde hair and hazel eyes. McPhee has scars on his face and abdomen as well as tattoos on his back, right leg, right arm, right shoulder, and right front arm.

McPhee has used the name "Jonathan Mazairz" as an alias in the past, according to Jeffrey White, a deputy marshal.

"McPhee is wanted on bail violations stemming from original charge of criminal threatening with a firearm," he said. "Based on the serious nature of the original offense, McPhee has been noted as 'armed and dangerous,' as well as 'suicidal.' McPhee was last known to live in Northwood, NH, but his current whereabouts are unknown."

The warrant for his arrest was issued Aug. 10 out of Rockingham County Superior Court.

The case, according to court records, concerns an incident in Northwood in October 2019 involving criminal threatening and resisting arrest charges. McPhee's bail was lowered pending trial but in late June, a motion was made for bail revision and he was released on $500 cash bail. However, on July 6, the court received returned mail about the case and a motion was made to revoke McPhee's bail. A warrant was then issued.

McPhee was also charged with felony aggravated DUI, felony possession of controlled drug, driving after revocation, and other motor vehicle violations in Durham March 2019 as well as a violation of probation charge Aug. 14 issued out of Strafford County Superior Court.

McPhee was charged with controlled drug: acts prohibited in Seabrook in March 2016 but found not guilty. He was found guilty on forgery charges in Manchester in December 2010. Theft and stolen property charges at the same time were nolle prossed. McPhee was found guilty of burglary in Northwood from an incident in 2008 as well as violation of probation at that time.
