Accused Drug Dealers, Others Indicted In Rockingham County Court
Plus: Maine man indicted in Portsmouth burglary case; man indicted on forgery, other charges; Windham man indicted on strangulation charge.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Jose Rosario, 22, of Amherst Street in Nashua on possession of cocaine with intent to dispense, dispensing of a controlled drug-fentanyl, and two of possession of fentanyl with intent to dispense charges, all felonies. The charges stem from an incident in Portsmouth on March 18, 2019.
Jason Robinson, 40, of Elm Avenue in Antrim on habitual offender, possession of fentanyl, possession of methamphetamine charges on Aug. 17, 2019, in Salem.

Michael M. Ringuette, 52, of Acorn Drive in Alton Bay on a felony second-degree assault charge. He's accused of pushing a person to the ground on Sept. 30, or Oct. 1, 2019, in Derry, causing the person's wrist to fracture.
Mark Pignatello, 55, with a last known address of Chase Hill Road in Kent, Connecticut, on forgery, theft by deception, and identify fraud charges, all felonies. He's accused of posing as another person to obtain cash from that person's bank account on Oct. 24, 2018, at People's United Bank in Derry.

Lee S. Murray, 56, of Post Office Drive in Eliot, Maine, on a felony burglary charge. He's accused of burglarizing Northeast Foot and Ankle in Portsmouth on Sept. 29, 2019.
Michael Melo, 22, of Lake Avenue in Manchester on a felony possession of marijuana with intent to distribute charge on March 26, 2019, in Windham.
Frank Albert McPhee IV, 32, of Temperance Hill Road in Northwood on an extended term of imprisonment criminal threatening charge. He's accused of pointing what appeared to be a handgun at a police officer on Oct. 14, 2019.
Paul M. McGuire, 41, of Rockingham Road in Windham on a felony second-degree strangulation charge on Dec. 2, 2019, in Windham.
Ashley S. Martinez, 27, of Clark Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on a felony possession of buprenorphine charge on Aug. 17. 2019, in Salem.
Natashia Fairweather, 27, of Charter Street in Exeter on possession of hydroxybutyric acid with intent to sell or distribute, possession of marijuana with intent to sell or distribute, possession of hash oil with intent to sell or distribute, possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell or distribute, possession of cocaine with intent to sell or distribute, and possession of diazepam with intent to sell or distribute charges, all felonies. She is accused of being in possession of the drugs on July 24, 2019, in Windham.
Noah Marc Fournier, 37, of Carpenter Street in Manchester on two felony theft by deception charges. He's accused of theft incidents at Rite Aid in Londonderry on Dec. 30, and Dec. 31, 2017. Twice before, according to the indictment, he was convicted of theft.
Nellie Annette Fowler, 59, of South Main Street in Seabrook on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Aug. 30, 2019, in Seabrook.
