CONCORD, NH — Last week's New Hampshire fugitive of the week has been captured, according to the U.S. Marshals Service.

Frank Albert McPhee IV, 33, was found Thursday and arrested while in the driveway of a home on Four Rod Road in Rochester, according to Jeffrey White, a deputy marshal.

"After being featured, members of the U.S. Marshals-NH Joint Fugitive Task Force conducted an investigation that spanned from Epsom to Rochester over a two-day period," White said. "It was as a result of these persistent investigative efforts that led investigators to the residence of one of McPhee's associates in Rochester. At this house, McPhee was located sitting in a vehicle in the driveway where he was arrested without incident."

McPhee was taken to the Rockingham County Jail for processing and holding pending his initial court appearance Friday. He was wanted on outstanding warrants from Rockingham County and Candia.

"The Rockingham County warrant was issued for bail violations stemming from an original charged offense of criminal threatening with a firearm," White said. "The Candia District Court warrant alleges multiple driving related offenses as a result of a police pursuit in Northwood earlier this year."
