New Hampshire Fugitive Found Hiding In A Pittsfield Bathroom

CONCORD, NH — Tips during the past 24 hours led to the capture of another fugitive in New Hampshire.

Casey Anne Holley, 43, was arrested on Thursday while hiding inside of a bathroom of a home in Pittsfield, according to the U.S. Marshals Service. She was wanted on a warrant for failure to appear on a methamphetamine charge in October 2021 in Strafford County Superior Court.

Jeffrey White, a deputy marshal, said Holley was thought to be in Concord or Rochester where she had connections and previously resided. After being featured on Wednesday, “several tips” were received by the task force.

“The information received pointed investigators to a residence in the 200 block of Concord Hill Road in Pittsfield,” he said. “This afternoon, members of the US Marshals-NH Joint Fugitive Task Force, along with officers from the Pittsfield Police Department were able to locate and arrest Ms. Holley, who was located hiding inside of a bathroom in the residence.”

After being arrested, Holley was transported to the Strafford County Jail. She will be in court on Friday. Marshals were assisted by the Strafford County Sheriff’s Office and the Pittsfield Police Department.

“Time and time again, we have fugitives that continue to hide and hope law enforcement doesn’t find them,” U.S. Marshal Nick Willard said. “The U.S. Marshals Service takes pride in tracking down these people. The best decision a fugitive can make is to always turn yourself in and resolve your legal matters.”

Holley was arrested in Concord in July 2020 on unauthorized use of a vehicle and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle-rented vehicle charges, both felonies, involving an Enterprise Rent-A-Car vehicle. That case is still active, according to court records. She was indicted in October 2020 and has a status conference hearing booked in Merrimack County Superior Court for Jan. 19.

A few weeks later, she was arrested by Northwood police on receiving stolen property and drug possession charges, both felonies. She failed to appear at a motion to suppress hearing and a warrant was issued for her arrest. Mail sent to her address at the time, too, was returned. A Webex hearing was booked for Wednesday, according to the Rockingham County Superior Court.

Holley also has an active drug possession charge out of Rochester from June 2021.
