Concord Woman Accused Of Stealing Rental Vehicle: Cop Log

Gilmanton woman charged with drunken driving; Boscawen man faces indecent exposure charge; and Tilton man arrested on more assault charges.

CONCORD, NH — Jonathan E. Benedict, 34, of Concord was arrested at 5:41 p.m. on July 13, 2020, on receiving stolen property-$1,501+-motor vehicle theft and operate after certified as a habitual offender charges, both felonies, as well as reckless operation, disobeying an officer, driving after revocation or suspension, criminal mischief, fail to drive on right side of road, driving on a divided way-crossing a median, failure to use required turn signal, stop signs; yield signs violation, and a traffic control device violation. He was arrested after an incident on Manchester Street. Benedict is due back in Merrimack County Superior Court Oct. 15.

Jade Elizabeth Markham, born 1997, of Concord was arrested at 10:35 p.m. on July 10 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident in the Hutchins Street and Bog Road area of the city.

Joshua J. Hutchins, 30, of Tilton was arrested at 10:30 a.m. on July 8 on second-degree assault-strangulation and domestic violence-simple assault charges, both felonies, as well as simple assault, criminal threatening, domestic violence-criminal threatening, and domestic violence-simple assault charges. He was arrested after an incident at the Best Western on Hall Street. Previously, according to court documents, Hutchins was convicted of stalking in Boscawen in January 2012 and violation of probation in Concord in May 2013. He was convicted of second-degree assault and simple assault in Grafton County Superior Court in February 2014 after an incident in Thornton in August 2012. In May 2013, he was found guilty on a second-degree assault charge after being arrested in Concord on numerous charges in October 2012 — including violently shaking a baby.

Casey Anne Holley, born 1978, of Concord was arrested at 9:30 a.m. on July 7 on a felony unauthorized use of a motor vehicle-$1,501+ charge involving an Enterprise Rent-A-Car vehicle on Manchester Street. She is scheduled to be arraigned in Merrimack County Superior Court July 23.

Ryan Timothy Lassonde, born 1989, of Concord was arrested at 8:14 p.m. on July 4 on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge after an incident in the Gulley Hill-Old Turnpike Road area of the city.

Helen J. Leblanc, born 1981, of Gilmanton was arrested at 9:43 p.m. on July 2 on a driving under the influence charge after an incident on North Main Street.

Jonathan Russell Devereaux, 29, of Pembroke was arrested at 6:25 p.m. on July 1 on a warrant after an incident at Concord Hospital. The warrant was out of Hillsborough County North and Merrimack Superior Courts. Devereaux is due back in court for arraignment on Aug. 6 in Hillsborough County. According to court records, Devereaux is accused of failing to appear in Merrimack County Superior Court on a dispositional conference July 22 after being charged with three felony drug counts in Concord in November 2019, felony in possession and drug charges in April 2019 in Concord, and a felony falsifying physical evidence charge from Allenstown in April 2019. Devereaux was convicted of robbery and attempted robbery in August 2011 after an incident in Concord and later, convicted of violation of probation or parole in October 2014 and May 2015 based on charge. He was convicted of burglary and drug charges in February 2010 after an incident in Plymouth in October 2009 and then violation of probation in August 2010.

Daniel J. Flood, born 1992, of Boscawen was arrested at 5:50 p.m. on July 1 on an indecent exposure-gross lewdness charge after an incident at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Clinic on Pleasant Street.
