NH Drug Fugitive, With 15 Year Criminal History, Accused Of Probation Violations, Corrections Says
Active warrants were issued against Sherin Marie Glidden in December 2025 and February; prior convictions include possessing a stolen gun.

CONCORD, NH — The New Hampshire Department of Corrections is asking for the public’s help in finding a drug felon who is wanted for probation violations.
Sherin Marie Glidden, formerly Sherin Marie Glidden-Dow, is 40, white, about 5 feet, 6 inches tall, and weighs around 125 pounds. She has blonde hair and blue eyes. According to corrections, she has a tattoo of the words “Buzz’s Girl” on her back and a star on her right shoulder. Glidden sometimes uses the aliases “Sherin Dow” or “Kari Glidden,” according to corrections.
Warrants were issued for her arrest in December 2025 on probation violations accusations and on Feb. 13 for nonappearance in court.

“Glidden is currently on probation for possession of controlled drugs,” an alert stated. “Glidden was last known to be residing in the Ossipee area and is known to have associates throughout Carroll County. (she) is also known to frequent the state of Maine.”

According to superior court records, Glidden’s criminal history goes back more than 15 years, when she was charged with being a habitual offender, acts prohibited, and disobeying an officer after an incident in Salem in April 2011. She pleaded guilty to all three charges about 11 months later and received two 12-month sentences and a $500 fine, all suspended, after two weeks in the county jail.
Glidden was accused of drug possession and possessing a stolen firearm in Barnstead in September 2019. In July 2020, she pleaded guilty to the gun charge and received a 12-month suspended sentence with 66 days of time served and two years of probation. In April 2021, she failed to appear at a motion-to-impose-sentence hearing. A year later, Glidden failed to appear at two probation violation hearings. She failed to appear at hearings in September 2022 and January 2023. In April 2023, a bail hearing was held, and $2,000 cash bail was instituted. Glidden was released, but another bail hearing was held in May 2023, and bail was set at $10,000 cash. In June 2023, she was found guilty of a probation violation and sentenced to four months in jail, with 40 days of time-served credit.
While dealing with the Barnstead charge, Glidden racked up more charges: acts prohibited in Wakefield in March 2021; acts prohibited in Wolfeboro in May 2021; acts prohibited and theft in Ossipee in August 2021; and burglary and criminal trespass in Effingham in September 2022. The burglary charge was dismissed and the Wolfeboro drug charge was nolle prossed.
Glidden was charged with two counts of delivery weapon, contraband, after incidents at the Merrimack County Jail in April 2023.
Glidden was also charged with acts prohibited in Ossipee in January 2024, connected to an incident nine months earlier, and with acts prohibited in Freedom in February 2024, connected to an incident five months earlier.
In April 2024, Glidden pleaded guilty to the Wakefield drug charge and received a three-to-six-year prison sentence and a $434 fine, suspended for five years with 81 days of time-served credit, and 12 months in jail for the criminal trespass charges, also suspended for five years. She was placed on probation for four years. Glidden also pleaded guilty to the Freedom drug charge in April 2024 and received a three- to six-year prison sentence and a $434 fine, both suspended for five years, with four years of probation. She received a one-and-a-half- to three-year sentence, suspended for five years, on the jail contraband charges.
All other charges were nolle prossed.
She was accused of violating probation on the trespass charge, but that was nolle prossed in January 2025.
In July 2024, she was accused of violating probation on the Freedom and Wakefield drug charges, and after several hearings, warrants for her arrest were issued on Dec. 19, 2025, and Feb. 13.
