Man Indicted On Death Resulting Fentanyl, Evidence Charges: County Superior Court Roundup

Concord felon indicted on drug, knife charges; Londonderry stalker charged again; Laconia woman indicted on dealing, possession charges.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Tommi Allen, a homeless woman now located in Concord, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on May 31 in Concord.

Timothy Byron, 35, of Bridle Path in Nashua on a felony sale of a controlled drug-death resulting and falsifying physical evidence charges. He was accused of dispensing fentanyl to Peter Malcuit Jr., causing his death, on Sept. 5, 2022, in Concord, and then removing the victim’s cellphone from the location where he was overdosing to impair a police investigation. Keith Chandler, 32, of Spring Street in Franklin on a felony reckless conduct-domestic violence charge. He was accused of placing others in danger while backing up a motor vehicle into an intimate partner in Hopkinton on May 27.

Desiree Charter, 37, a homeless woman now located in Concord, on reckless conduct and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charges, both felonies. She was accused of driving on Storrs Street in Concord, at dangerous speeds and in the opposite lane of traffic, while placing others in danger on May 19. The drug charge was from an incident on May 23.

Kevin R. Conklin, 56, of Mercury Drive in Londonderry on a felony stalking charge. He was accused of violating a 300-foot protective order in Hooksett on April 29 after being convicted on stalking previously in New Hampshire within the past seven years.

Brian J. Cooper, 26, of Stickney Avenue in Concord on pistols & revolvers; convicted felons-a folding pocket knife and two controlled drug act; acts prohibited, methamphetamine and fentanyl, charges, all felonies, in Henniker on March 18. Previously, he was convicted on acts prohibited in Hillsborough County Superior Court.

Jocelyn M. Dubois, 31, of Merrimac Street in Laconia on possession of meth with intent to sell-subsequent, possession of meth-subsequent, possession of fentanyl-subsequent, possession of LSD-subsequent, and operating after certified as a habitual offender charges, all felonies. She was accused of possessing the drugs and driving on Route 3A in Bow on Feb. 7 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Sherin Glidden-Dow, 38, a homeless woman now located in Concord, on two felony delivery of articles prohibited charges. She was accused of possessing meth and fentanyl inside the Merrimack County House of Corrections in Boscawen on April 9.
