NH Schools Reporting Bomb, Other Threats
Breaking: Police and school officials in Bedford, Bow, Exeter, and other communities are reporting various threats.

A number of New Hampshire schools are reporting bomb and other threats on Feb. 2, 2016, according to police and others online sources. This morning in Bedford, a bomb threat was called into the Primrose School at Bedford Hills via telephone but nothing was found at the school after an evacuation.
In Bow today, at about the same time as Bedford, the town’s elementary school received an “evacuation alert via the telephone,” according to Sgt. Arthur Merrigan of the Bow Police Department.
“The school implemented its protocols and notified the police,” he said in an email this afternoon. “Nothing out of the ordinary was found and the school returned to its normal operation approximately an hour later.”

Merrigan noted that it was “too early in our investigation to determine if this is related to calls received by other schools today.”
Exeter High School was placed in lockdown this afternoon due to a bomb threat called into the school’s office but no threat was found at the school, according to a Tweet by The Talon, the school’s newspaper.
