NH Woman Sent To Prison For 43 Months On Meth Trafficking Rap
Victoria Duford, formerly of Northwood, purchased large amounts of methamphetamine in 2016-2017 via postal packages around the state.

CONCORD, NH — A local woman has been sentenced on a methamphetamine trafficking charge. Victoria Duford, 27, formerly of Northwood, was sent to prison for 43 months on June 18, 2019, after pleading guilty to the charge last July. Between July 2016 and April 2017, Duford purchased large amounts of meth from Katrina Jones, a co-conspirator who was sentenced in August 2018 to 200 months in prison on drug trafficking charges.
Duford also received postal packages of meth for Jones at addresses around the state. She would then bring the packages to Jones – who would often pay Duford in meth instead of cash.
"Methamphetamine is a dangerous drug that has been appearing in New Hampshire with alarming frequency," stated U.S. Attorney Scott Murray. "This drug can cause terrible harm to those who use it. In order to deter dealers, we will coordinate with all of our law enforcement partners to arrest, prosecute, and incarcerate those who sell methamphetamine."

The U.S. Postal Inspection Service, NH DOJ's Drug Task Force, and the DEA assisted with the case.
"DEA is committed to bring to justice those that distribute methamphetamine," added Drug Enforcement Administration Special Agent in Charge Brian D. Boyle. "Today’s sentence not only holds Ms. Duford accountable for her crimes but serves as a warning that DEA and its local, state and federal partners will do everything in our power to keep this highly addictive drug off the streets of New Hampshire."
