CONCORD, NH — The New Hampshire Attorney General's Office and the Concord Police Department have released video footage of a "possible person of interest" in the case of a man who was killed in a Downtown Concord apartment complex on Friday night. Investigators are seeking to identify and locate the man in the picture who fits the description of a suspect who left the Crutchfield Building at 15 Pitman St. not long after what is believed to be a killing on the fifth floor of the building. The incident occurred at just after 7:45 p.m. when a neighboring tenant heard what they described as a loud bang and then, saw a man fleeing.
The tenant went to see what happened and reported seeing blood all over the floor.
The suspect is described as about 5-feet, 5-inches to 7-inches tall, with a thin build, dark hair, in his 20s, wearing jean shorts and a dark blue shirt. He reportedly left in the victim's car, a blue 2012 Mazda 3 sedan, with a New Hampshire plate registration 4055307. The vehicle is similar to the one in the attached photo.

Concord police spent many hours at the building speaking to witnesses and gathering evidence. Tenants were told they would not be allowed back into their apartments until around midnight.
The Crutchfield Building is a 116-unit apartment complex run by Concord Housing and Redevelopment (formerly Concord Housing Authority). It used to be exclusively public housing for the elderly but in 2012, one-bedroom units were constructed for the disabled and others who met both income and eligibility requirements. Police and firefighters are sent to the building regularly to investigate incidents, transport patients, and deal with mental health issues.
