Saugus Man Indicted On Negligent Homicide Charge After I-95 Crash: Superior Court Roundup
Deerfield, Portsmouth men indicted on child assault charges; Fremont woman faces robbery charge; KS man indicted for strangulation in Salem.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Stephen Christopher Frizzell, 37, of Nottingham Road in Deerfield, on a felony first-degree assault charge. He was accused of grabbing a boy by the arm and picking up the child and dropping him on the ground on Jan. 12 in Deerfield.
Dylan E. Frost, 32, a homeless man now located in Portsmouth, on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of striking a child in the head multiple times in Portsmouth on Dec. 17, 2024, causing swelling and red marks.

Jessica Ganley, 44, of South Road in Fremont, on a felony count of robbery and theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000. While inside a moving vehicle, she grabbed another person’s hand, which had money in it, which caused the victim to be dragged by the vehicle, according to the indictment, on April 11, 2024, in Londonderry.

James M. Geary, 41, of Tower Street in Methuen, Massachusetts, on a felony robbery charge. He was accused of stealing merchandise and using force from Home Depot in Salem on Dec. 5, 2024.
Sarah Gosselin, 35, of Paulson Road in Farmington, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing a Lego set from Target in Salem on Sept. 14, 2024, with intention of reselling it.

Ryan Edward McHugh, 29, of Hall Avenue in Derry, on a felony count of possession of cocaine committed while on release, DUI, contempt, and open container charges. He was accused of possessing the drug on Oct. 25, 2024, in Derry. McHugh, according to the indictment, was out on bail at the time of the incident. The contempt charge involved liquor consumed while out on bail, the indictment stated, a beer while driving on Birch Street in Derry.
Janine M. McLean, 39, of Windham Depot Road in Derry, on a felony possession of fentanyl and criminal trespass charges on Aug. 28, 2024, in Derry. McLean, according to the indictment, was trespassed from the Derry Walmart in December 2023.
Thomas J. McMahon, 38, of Bypass 28 in Derry, on two felony second-degree assault-domestic violence and three domestic violence-simple assault charges. He was accused of strangling, pushing, and spitting on an intimate partner twice on Dec. 13, 2024, in Derry.
Ibrahim R. Mizrahi, 43, of Van Sicklen Street in Brooklyn, New York, on a felony theft by deception charge. He agreed to use a false identity to obtain ECCO footwear in Londonderry on Aug. 2, 2023.
Byung Moo Hur, 39, of Scotts Mill Court in Saugus, MA, on a felony negligent homicide charge. He was accused of speeding on Interstate 95, running off the road, and crashing into a light pole on Feb. 28, 2024, in Portsmouth, causing the death of Taesoon Hur, 65, of Buena Park, California, a passenger in the vehicle.
Venkatesh Muthusamy, 39, of West 131st Place in Leawood, Kansas, on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner in Salem on July 7, 2024.
Norma Iris Negron, 50, of Prospect Street in Lawrence, MA, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing merchandise from JCPenney in Salem on Sept. 27, 2024. Twice before, according to the indictment, she has been convicted on theft charges.
