CONCORD, NH — The New Hampshire Department of Corrections is asking for the public’s help locating a felon with more than two decades of criminal history and “violent tendencies” warning who is wanted by the parole board.

Thomas Vincent Frady is white, 49, about 6 feet tall, and weighs around 258 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair. Frady, investigators said, sometimes uses the aliases “Nicholas Boccio” or “Thomas Brown.” He has a scar on his upper lip and the name “Sue” tattooed on his neck.

“(Frady) is wanted for parole violations from an underlying conviction of theft and receiving stolen property as well as additional charged criminal activity in multiple states,” investigators said.

Along with several felony cases in New Hampshire between 2002 and 2014, Frady was released on a detainer out of Massachusetts in 2016. He then failed to report to the Granite State after being released from prison in the Bay State. An alert was issued for Frady and he was caught in 2019 and charged with being a fugitive from justice in both states.

Frady was charged and convicted on more offenses in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island, including seven counts of larceny and an issuing bad checks charge. When Connecticut officials released him, he was supposed to report to New Hampshire but has not been seen since.

Frady’s criminal history dates back more than two decades, according to superior court documents in New Hampshire, after he was accused of forgery, theft by deception, identity fraud in Portsmouth in April 2002 and receiving stolen property in Hampton and assault by a prisoner in Brentwood in May 2002.

In 2011, he was accused of receiving stolen property and falsifying physical evidence, both felonies, and simple assault in Salem and felony theft in Dover. He pleaded guilty to the felony charges in January 2014. Frady pleaded guilty to a felony theft by deception charge in Portsmouth in May 2014 connected to an incident three years before.

Officials said anyone who sees Frady or someone who looks like him should not attempt to apprehend him. Contact corrections officials at 603-271-1804 or your local police department.
