Task Force Nabs Fugitive Felon In Tilton
U.S. Marshals "quickly developed" information that Angela Gauthier was residing with a family member in Tilton.

CONCORD, NH — This week’s Fugitive of the Week has been captured by the U.S. Marshals Service, according to a news alert. Angela Gauthier, 34, was arrested on March 15, 2018, on River Road in Tilton after the fugitive task force found out she was residing with a family member. The arrest, according to Deputy Marshal Brandon Wilson, was a combined effort of several agencies that are members of the fugitive task force including the Belknap, Hillsborough, Rockingham, and Strafford County Sheriff’s Offices, the Federal Protective Service, and deputy marshals.

“Information was quickly developed that Ms. Gauthier was residing with a family member on River Street in Tilton,” Wilson alleged. “Several members of the fugitive task force responded to this residence and were able to locate and apprehend Ms. Gauthier within the residence without incident.”

Gauthier – a felon – was wanted on a Belknap County warrant for failure to appear for the charges of felon in possession of firearms and possession of controlled drugs. She was transported to the Belknap County Correctional Facility, where she was processed and held pending her appearance in court.
Another recent fugitive, James Porter, was arrested in Jaffery yesterday.
