Teen From Pembroke Arrested On Assault, Crash Charges In Concord, Sexual Assault In Londonderry

CONCORD, NH — A teen from Pembroke has been racking up charges after incidents in multiple jurisdictions during the past 18 months, according to arrest reports and court documents.

Myi Khaill Kye Ontya Armstrong, 18, of Glass Street in Pembroke, was arrested on Jan. 21, by Concord police on simple assault and conduct after an accident charges as well as an improper passing violation. He was arrested after a multi-week investigation into a crash incident on Old Turnpike Road in Concord in late November 2025.

Around 4 p.m. on Nov. 29, 2025, Concord police and fire and rescue teams were sent to the intersection of Old Turnpike Road and Airport Road for a report of a crash. Dispatch said the call came from a third party who was a family member of the victim. The victim claimed they were punched in the face, dispatch said.

Police interviewed the victim, who accused the driver of the Juke, later identified as Armstrong, of cutting off the driver of an SUV, crossing the double-yellow line, and crashing into the vehicle.

Dispatch said the Juke was registered to a woman in Pembroke who often let her son use the crossover. Pembroke police went to Armstrong’s home, but he was not there at the time, according to scanner chatter.

The victim of the crash was reportedly assaulted during a period after the crash and before Armstrong fled the scene, according to police. The victim refused transportation by firefighters and

Video evidence was also obtained by police, according to the report.

Armstrong was arrested later. He was released on personal recognizance on Jan. 22. The city prosecutor’s office confirmed it would be seeking penalties in the case on Jan. 30.

Armstrong is due back in Concord District Court on March 2 for an arraignment.

Felony Stolen Pistol Charges

A couple of months before the crash and assault incident, Armstrong was indicted by a Merrimack County Superior Court grand jury of receiving stolen property, falsifying physical evidence, and theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies, in September 2025.

Armstrong was accused of removing the pistol from a Pembroke apartment between Oct. 27, and Nov. 6, 2024. Armstrong was also accused of possessing the stolen pistol on Nov. 15, 2024, in Pembroke. The evidence charge, according to the indictment, involved concealing the pistol in a backpack to be removed from his home due to a belief an investigation was pending, also on Nov. 15, 2024.

The charges were boundover from Concord District Court to Merrimack County Superior Court on Oct. 2, 2025. On Dec. 10, 2025, the Merrimack County Attorney’s Office made a motion to revoke bail which was granted the next day. A warrant was issued for Armstrong’s arrest on Dec. 16, 2025. A bail hearing was held on Dec. 22, 2025, and a dispositional conference on Feb. 5.

Armstrong is due back in Merrimack County Superior Court on April 8 for a status conference.

Londonderry Sex Assault Accusation

About six weeks before the incident in Concord, Armstrong was arrested by Londonderry police on a misdemeanor sexual assault charge.

According to the Case Summary document, Armstrong was accused of engaging in unwanted sexual contact with a woman “by placing her feet around his erect penis after she had already pulled away once,” in late September 2025. He was arrested on Oct. 16, 2025.

Armstrong was arraigned in Derry District Court on the charge on Dec. 16, 2025, and pleaded not guilty. Two weeks later, he was granted a public defender.

Armstrong is due back in Derry District Court on April 14 for trial.
