Manchester Man Charged With Burglary, Assault, Obstruction At Concord Apartment Complex: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Nicole Christine Hebert, born in 1991, of Concord, was arrested at 10:27 p.m. on Feb. 5, 2026, on a bench warrant and a warrant. She was arrested after an incident or investigation at T-Bones at 404 S. Main St.

Chelsea Marie McClosky, born in 1990, of Concord, was arrested at 3:03 p.m. on Feb. 4 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges. She was arrested after an incident or investigation on Pitman Street.

Travis James Vallee, born in 1988, of Laconia, was arrested at 11:09 p.m. on Feb. 3 on a felony count of operating after certification as a habitual offender, two driving after revocation or suspension charges, and two bench warrants. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Grove Street.

Thomas A. Randall, born in 1995, of Manchester, was arrested at 10:39 p.m. on Feb. 2 on burglary, criminal trespass, domestic violence-obstruct report of a crime or injury, obstruct report of a crime or injury, two domestic violence-simple assault, two criminal mischief, and three simple assault charges. He also had an active bench warrant, according to police. Randall was arrested after an incident or investigation at the Royal Gardens apartment complex.

Jeffrey Grablewski, born in 1970, of Meredith, was arrested at 10:08 p.m. on Feb. 2 on a felony operating after being certified as a habitual offender charge after an incident or investigation on Woodcrest Heights Drive.

Jacob D. Quinn, born in 1979, of Henniker, received a summons at 8:07 p.m. on Jan. 30 on a criminal threatening charge after an incident or investigation on South Main Street.

Kevin Gobeil, born in 1994, of Concord, was arrested at 9:40 p.m. on Jan. 28 on a warrant. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at the Friendly Kitchen at 2 S. Commercial St.

Alannea Joe Clemente Marquez, born in 2007, of Manchester, was arrested at 11:16 p.m. on Jan. 24 on simple assault, unlawful possession or intoxication, and resisting arrest or detention charges. Also arrested was Jazelle Isis Breedlove, born in 2005, on breach of bail, unlawful possession or intoxication, drug-underage alcohol party, and two endangering the welfare of a child charges. Later, Shaileek Wayne Rondon, born in 2002, of Concord, was charged with drug-underage alcohol party and two endangering the welfare of a child charges. Christopher Jarrod Beaudoin, born in 2007, of Weare, and Shyanne Marie Shipley, born in 2005, of Hooksett, were also given summonses for unlawful possession or intoxication. They were all charged following an incident or investigation at the Concord Gardens apartment complex.

Myi Khaill Kye Ontya Armstrong, born in 2007, of Pembroke, was arrested at 12:43 p.m. on Jan. 21 on simple assault and conduct after an accident charges, as well as an improper passing violation. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at Sandy’s Pet Nutrition Center at 141 Old Turnpike Road.

Haleen Ann Buonano, 49, of South Main Street in Concord, was arrested at 8:19 p.m. on Jan. 16 on theft by unauthorized taking, a felony due to two prior convictions, willful concealment, a felony due to two prior convictions, and two possession of controlled drug charges, meth and heroin/fentanyl, also felonies. She was accused of stealing merchandise from Market Basket at 108 Fort Eddy Road. According to court documents, Buonano was previously convicted of felony theft in Merrimack County Superior Court in August 2023 and receiving stolen property in Concord District Court in December 2024.
