U.S. Marshals Seek Convicted Thief Accused Of Parole Violation

CONCORD, NH — The District of New Hampshire - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is searching for a convicted thief, who might be in Maine or New Hampshire, and is accused of a parole violation. Stephen Robert Reagan Jr. is 24, about 5-feet, 9-inches tall, and weighs around 180 lbs. He has brown hair and brown eyes.

Reagan has numerous tattoos on his upper left arm, both wrists, and both arms. He has the word "Reagan" tattooed on his left wrist and a scorpion tattooed on his chest.

Reagan was convicted of theft by unauthorized taking but a warrant was issued by the New Hampshire Parole Board on July 9, on a parole violation.

"Reagan is transient and has ties to the Rochester, NH, area as well as Berwick, ME," said Brandon Wilson, a deputy marshal.

In April 2016, according to Fosters.com, he was arrested on Rochester on stolen property and theft by deception charges as well as a warrant. He was living in New Durham at the time.
